I showed up to the bank and went to the window and was then told twice to be patient after two people next to me made there drive thru transactions and moved on!! I am closing my account with this bank due to the worst customer service I've ever had!!! How is it i cant withdraw my own money!!!!! There legit holding it hostage. I will be calling corporate and making a formal complaint on this!! The new assistant branch manager is amazing tho!! She is helpful and might be the only reason i keep my account with pnc!

Peapack bank failed to reconcile the signature with the payee. What was VERY upsetting is when you call the branch to rectify the problem, the DUMB lady just hangs up the phone on you hoping you will disappear. GO ELSEWHERE to prevent a loss of your hard-earned CASH.
