THEY ARE A TERRIBLE BANK, and you should not give them your business. After many years of shoddy treatment by Chase, I have finally decided to sever my relationship with them and find a bank that cares about their customers. Chase simply does not care! In addition, you cannot trust what you, as a customer, are being told by Chase employees. Chase bank allows their employees to lie to their customers, and when the lie is pointed out, the bank refuses to take accountability for the words/deeds of their employees. This is a recipe for disaster (big bank or not). Whether Chase survives as a banking institution or not, remains to be seen, but I would not be surprised if they go under in the next several years. They are one of THE WORST banks that you can do business with!! If it were possible to give them zero stars, I would do so!
