    Where to start! Been with PNC for 10+ years, just moved to Sparta and this has to be the absolute…read moreworst PNC bank location which is ironic because it is nicer looking. So moving in requires needing cash, don't count on them for that! They NEVER have enough, and tell you to go to Newton to get the rest, how a bank does not have enough cash, not huge amounts mind you, is beyond me. I have tried 3 times, every time they had less than the last! Meanwhile the small hole in the wall branch in Newton never gives you an issue, and always has cash, what is going on here? To top it all off, I go to just use the ATM on a Sunday to get cash to give someone as a graduation present, and the machine is broken. Whoever manages and runs this joke of a branch should be ashamed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

ME: Bring a check drawn on your bank, to the counter to cash. 4. YOU (dark haired, 60ish, overly tanned guidette, with ugly attitude): take the check, my proper ID, and be sure that I have signed the back of the check in front of you. 5. Then YOU: just bang on your keyboard a few times (with those leathery, wrinkly fingers) and hand over my cash please. Simple enough eh? Oh, but noooo, this old bat makes a 3 minute transaction last a good 10-15 minutes, moving in almost slow motion, all the while shooting you disapproving / intimidating looks. Worst of all, she's always there, 24/7! Well, I came in the other day and was ecstatic to see another teller working there right next to her, I rushed up to the other teller's window fast, fast, fast, not caring if I was knocking someone out of the way to get there!... WooHoo my day was made. Oh yea, and a couple of years ago I was berated by the "Stuttering" self important bank manager, it was a comical scene; sad, annoying, embarrassing, and totally uncalled for. Reported him Pronto!

    Hard to review a bank but I'll offer a few general assessments and thoughts…read more 1. They are not adapting well to new technology. As part of the high interest account I signed up for I was required to sign for online statements. The website button you had to click to sign up didn't work. When I called a branch they were pretty clueless. Issue was finally resolved but it took a long time. They don't embrace messaging via the website like so many other banks have. Instead they ask you to call or come in person. 2. Not customer oriented. I had an issue related to fraudulent transactions which they didn't accommodate my desire to do it via electronic means rather than the hassle of a trip. I was given the wrong form to complete and again staff didn't seem knowledgeable about the process. A lot of "I don't know the answer- I have to ask someone". Also when I signed up for my account at the branch process took much longer than other local banks I've signed up with. 3. Inconvenient branches. I live in Netcong (the heart of their home base) about 20 minutes to the closest branch. I only anticipated going to a branch once for signup so distance wasnt a big deal. But when you have to go into a branch (see above) and all their branches are in more rural areas (i.e. you can't hit them on the way to other errands) it's a pain in the neck. Again their mentality seems to be they want to remain a brick and mortar bank and only embrace online banking as much as they have to. They might play well with some older folks but not the younger generation of bank customers. If you're looking to get a high yield interest account ($10k limit) it might be worth it to to get an account. Anything else I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. By comparison another local bank, Provident, does things so much better. More frustration with this bank than all my other banks (BoA, Wells Fargo, Provident) combined.

These people will treat you like crap especially if you are in a joint account with someone just make sure you are the first one on the contract they make you sign or be main account holder . Me and my girlfriend had a joint account we both contributed to, we shared the money equally . I was in charged of the online banking and budgeting because I was better at taking care of that stuff and other personal medical reasons. So we get into an argument on a firday as I was trying to dispute fraudulent charges. Long story short is that she was able to make it to get a new bank card I did not have to go because I just finished getting and activating my new that Friday which I didn't even get to use due the account being locked again ñdue to fraud. This time though I was getting fraud alert because someone was changing stuff on my online banking that I was locked out of and my girl friend did not have access to. its hard for her to do any kind of things like change passwords and stuff. I was getting notifications all weekend and throughout the beginning of the week about someone signing on to my online banking. Turn my phone off that my girlfriend ended up going to get a new bank card. That Saturday and try to get me off The account because she's mad. That Monday She told me what she was doing I asked to why she would do something like that, because. I needed to get my Diabetic medication That' Friday and I was able to. Go to that, I ended up In the hospital not only because My sugar was high but also because the anxiety that Paul Delorenzo gave me by the way he treated me. He had my girlfriend sign some paper that said that I said it was OK for me to be taken of this joint account remind you my girlfriend is considered legally blind and I'm sure she didn't not read what she sign at the branch. They told me they can take me of the account because I wasn't a member I was just a number 2 on her account. Paul Delorenzo even told me to take her to court because there is nothing he can do about it . There is a lot more but it's not even worth my time Typing because I tried to reach out to someone with more authority and they had me talk to Samantha the security lady. So I think its about time I start making a report of everything especially the fraud paper he got my girlfriend to sign off on that saying that reason for me being of the account is because the the card holder requested it which was me here ill post a picture. By the way inst bank fraud a federal offense....

    Jeremy and Kimberly made taking out an auto loan a breeze. Give this company a shot of you…read more Update 1/12/22: went in 2.5 years later and took out a loan for a car. Who did I deal with? Jeremy again! Great guy and had me out of there in 90 minutes including the time it took to call the lease-holder, get the docs together, etc. No surprises, just fair, honest business.
