For me and my wife, we have been pleased with our experience. We had a mortgage with a bank and when the balance got pretty low, we went here for a home equity loan at a significantly lower rate than the outstanding mortgage and paid it off using the home equity loan. Then we quickly paid the loan off and now we own our home outright. Exciting! The staff we have worked with have been helpful and friendly. Although we do not have a loan, we have a small account that we use to send gift money to relatives. When we go inside, the tellers take good care of us so we're happy. One surprise was despite the quick payoff of our home equity loan, when we inquired about an auto loan, they balked - quite a surprise because the dealer then found a near zero percent rate for us at the Chase branch in town. Overall, we have not had any serious issues here but, with the two very critical reviews, management might need to step up to investigate and resolve any potential concerns.

Me and my girlfriend had a joint account we both contributed to, we shared the money equally . I was in charged of the online banking and budgeting because I was better at taking care of that stuff and other personal medical reasons. So we get into an argument on a firday as I was trying to dispute fraudulent charges. Long story short is that she was able to make it to get a new bank card I did not have to go because I just finished getting and activating my new that Friday which I didn't even get to use due the account being locked again ñdue to fraud. This time though I was getting fraud alert because someone was changing stuff on my online banking that I was locked out of and my girl friend did not have access to. its hard for her to do any kind of things like change passwords and stuff. I was getting notifications all weekend and throughout the beginning of the week about someone signing on to my online banking. Turn my phone off that my girlfriend ended up going to get a new bank card. That Saturday and try to get me off The account because she's mad. That Monday She told me what she was doing I asked to why she would do something like that, because. I needed to get my Diabetic medication That' Friday and I was able to. Go to that, I ended up In the hospital not only because My sugar was high but also because the anxiety that Paul Delorenzo gave me by the way he treated me. He had my girlfriend sign some paper that said that I said it was OK for me to be taken of this joint account remind you my girlfriend is considered legally blind and I'm sure she didn't not read what she sign at the branch. They told me they can take me of the account because I wasn't a member I was just a number 2 on her account. Paul Delorenzo even told me to take her to court because there is nothing he can do about it . There is a lot more but it's not even worth my time Typing because I tried to reach out to someone with more authority and they had me talk to Samantha the security lady. Jeremy again! Great guy and had me out of there in 90 minutes including the time it took to call the lease-holder, get the docs together, etc. No surprises, just fair, honest business.
