You might ask how I've been to the pottery place without noticing the bank, but that answer is simple. I usually take the back roads since I'm usually coming from Totowa. I walked in and was promptly greeted by one of the bankers. On this occasion I had a few checks to deposit as well as wanting to withdraw some cash. The banker was extremely helpful and efficient. Banker holidays do not exist at TD and on most holidays, they're open with limited hours. They're open seven days a week and their hours are better than any other bank I know of. Plus, their drive through hours are open even later than their lobby hours. I love the setup of thier banks, you just walk staight up to the teller with no zig-zag theme park lines that shuffle you around. They have all the standard features all banks have: ATM's, Tellers, office areas, and safe deposit boxes. The one feature that I absolutely love that TD bank has is their coin counting machine, which by the way, is completely free of charge to bank members. Great bank.

There's enough parking but unfortunately the way the lot is structured, you may find yourself backing up into other cars. So please be careful about that. The entrance into the lot coming in from the Pinebrook Road is a little awkward therefore I always try to go in from the Little Falls Road.

I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for assistance to deposit checks. On a recent visit, we needed to speak with a representative to order a new debit card for my husband (his was an old North Fork one) since his expired. He never received a new card in the mail. The representative assisted us right away. He was able to give my husband a temporary card to use immediately and informed us that we would receive the new one in the mail shortly. It arrived as promised. While we were talking to him, he looked over our accounts. He suggested that we open a Certificate of Deposit (CD) and that they had the highest rates of any bank at the time. (This was indeed accurate as my father had researched this only a couple days earlier). He assisted us with this process and transferred the money from our checking account into the CD. He also made sure to tell us that the rate is only valid for 6 months, so we should keep an eye on it to see what the best rate is at that time. This branch (and I think all Capital One Banks do, but I'm not 100% sure) offers a Keurig for customers and staff to use. They have a variety of teas and coffees to choose from. They also have Dum Dum lollipops available for your children (but they are high enough on the counter that kids cannot reach them and might not even see them. They also offer drive up banking and an outdoor drive up ATM machine.
