Again, she assured me that it would be taken good care of. On 11/6, nobody showed up. Then I called asking why there was no tech. I was told that they never received a service call on 11/3 and asking me to pay $190/hr overtime rate at 4 hours minimum. Instead of paying a couple of hundreds, now I'm asked to pay close to $800...Be Aware!
