This was a difficult and condescending company to work with. They were not on time for appointments, they did not properly inform us about the technical work necessary to be followed by our plumber or electrician and then told us our professionals, "should have known what to do." When asked how they communicate the technical things to the other contractors necessary to work with them, we were literally told that the plumber and electrician should have known and our general contractor should have told them. However, the general contractor was never contacted by sprinkler people with details either. The communication, process, lack of professionalism and the company's lack of communication with us, the city and the fire department caused great confusion, extra costs, and frustration with us as well as with contractors and city professionals.
Given the cost of the home sprinkler system and the fact that, as one very condescending person at the company said, "we've been doing this for twenty years and we know what to do," --given twenty years of experience and walking customers through this process--one would think that major details would have been addressed and communicated. That was not the case and the extra work and costs, as well as simply needing to continue to work with this company are disturbing.
