In this instance I needed deadbolts swapped out and upgraded from the old school manual to newer digital version. The newer version had a larger deadbolt Than the one currently installed on my doors, this the hole had to be re-drilled larger. I was not comfortable doing that. Gary had straight forward pricing and was very easy to schedule. Other places tend to have hidden fees and end up charging you more than originally quoted- so their prices seem cheaper upfront to get your business but ends up being more expensive. After Gary updated two deadbolts to the digital versions the price came out exactly as quoted. He also rekeyed everything on the same key in the event the key is ever needed.
