I went through America's Fire Shield, and this was the company that was chosen by default. There was a bunch of phone tag and texting to get him to come out to update the tags. Oddly, he did answer on a Sunday, when I thought I would leave a message. But then Monday rolled around, and there was no response. He finally did respond via text with a timeframe that he'd be available. I chose a date and asked him to confirm. A day later, he did. And now he's an hour late for an agreed-upon appointment. No call. No show. No explanation. I have called AND texted to figure out where this rep is. Not a word. I called America's Fire Shield to hire someone else, but apparently our address is attached to that company and you can't override it. I contacted an alternate company to update our tags instead of this one. I will never EVER CHASE a for-profit company around to be paid. I have let America's Fire Shield know how I feel about this no-show. They're confused about why he didn't come. I told them if they want to chase him around, go for it. Won't be me. I found an alternate company who will do the job.
