I HIGHLY recommend M & M Off Road for any repairs/services you need for your desert toys! I did quite a bit of research and comparing to try and find a trustworthy mechanic, and not only were they the most affordable, but their customer service and quality of work amazed me. I used to take my bike into Veys & Motoworld, but those places charge almost double, and have an extremely long turn around time. I had called several places this week to compare quotes and turn around times. M&M off road was by far the most helpful! They took their time to explain everything to me, and were extremely patient with all the questions I had. I was in a pinch, and needed my bike running for the weekend desert trip. I honestly didn't even think it would be possible, but Aaron made my bike a priority and worked his magic! I dropped my bike off on a Wednesday morning, and he had it up and running by the time I got off work. He even allowed me to text him throughout the day for updates. If you have ever had any repair work done, you should know that's extremely unheard of to get it back the same day. Aaron 100% went above and beyond and I cant thank him enough. Now....i'm not saying you should all expect a one day turn around time, but I'm just saying that if you are really in a pickle, Aaron will try his best to do whatever he can to help. Also, other places were telling me that I needed to replace my top end, but Aaron was able to adjust my valves and get her running back to normal. Can I give a zero? I understand when you take a few days off it delays some jobs but to hold on to the shock, damage it and then after two weeks say you can't work on it? Not only did it come back scratched from top to bottom this isn't the first time you guys do this. The dial on the shock also came back cross threaded. The first time I let it slide and it was a very rare shock. Gave these guys the benefit of the doubt but a second time? The worst part about all this is the more I mention it to friends they have similar stories. Also but not only, Megan was very aggressive while on the phone when I had a simple question. I can't tell you enough positives about M&M (Megan, Aaron and Marc). The staff is practical down to earth good people. I have our families quads, RZR Turbo, Can Am Maverick X3 RS Turbo, and KTM's serviced by Marc and his team. They get your vehicles in and out, without having to bring them back cause something wasn't done correctly. Their prices are way more affordable than what dealers charge. I have PTSD, so I get frustrated/angered quickly. I often have them service our vehicles for things most people can work on. After blowing up my shocks on my side by side. I had Mark rebuild them. New springs for all the weight I carry. These things were pretty much dialed in from the get go. I heard Marc at M&M Offroad was really a down to earth kind of guy. So, I needed a piece of flat stock cut and shaped. I presented the issue and he was sincerely helpful in helping. He took my flat stock over to Buggyworks (great guys too!) had it cut and then back to his shop and shaped it. Wow! Customer service at its best. Marc didn't even charge me!!! 1st year of service was awesome, little by little his work started going downhill. Problems with my bike performance. I had to take it back to him several times to get the problem fixed. Carb was still dirty after his cleaning. + Takes weeks to get bike fixed after being told a week or two Hes good, but is lazy on bikes now. Also inaccurate measurements on specifications. utvs have taken over him. read more

I have had a bike rebuilt many times by this company. My recollection is 3 times in the last two years. M and m recollection and paper trail shows 3 in the last 8 months. I took my bike to another mechanic to find out piston hit power valve causing top end to go out every time. On top of that I was told it would take a couple weeks. when I called after a couple weeks I received nothing but attitude from lady at front desk. Also the excuse that they where understaffed. So I called again to just let them know and once again nothing but attitude. How does a company stay in business with lies and attitude. Shame on M and M I would take anything to them. read more
