Essig ran cameras thru the pipes revealing no compromise in the lines thus, saving my parents thousands & performing a simple de-clog. The second time was a few weeks ago when a very old, unmaintained, oil furnace quit in the middle of a deep freeze leaving my elderly mother with Dementia without heat. They "repaired" the furnace enough to buy us some time to make a decision regarding replacement & even made a house call off the clock when my mother accidentally thru the kill switch on the heater. They were efficient in the install of the new heater & helped me orchestrate the service without being present (I live out of town) in a trustworthy manner.

Immediately they told us they could replace the baseboard. They provided us with several options. After choosing a baseboard, Santos Mechanical quickly ascertained the parts, removed the old unit, and replaced the new unit and parts. They worked efficiently, maintained a neat working environment, and completed the job with functionality and an excellent appearance. In addition to the replacement of the unit, our entire system had to be drained. After completing the replacement Santos Mechanical had to refill our entire system which has two different phases. They had to be in our entire house where they carefully moved furniture when necessary. They were very careful to cleanup as they went from room to room. They are very trustworthy and considerate of our home. The price was very reasonable and the estimate reflected the final costs of the entire repair.

Just had stopper assembly replaced and plumber said plastic threads were stripped and looks like silicon gel rather than plumbers putty was used which never set. Also piping was crooked. I've had the unfortunate experience to use this company twice where the service is below marginal…read more Through the HSA Home Warranty, we had to rely on this company where they scheduled an appointment between 1:00-5:00 pm but the plumber didn't arrive until 8:00 pm. Moreover, the plumber needed parts to complete the replacement where they never followed through and failed to complete the job. The second experience was pretty much the same where they fail to arrive within the given timeframe and not even have the courtesy to inform me of a delayed scheduled. I HIGHY discourage anyone from using this company and if you have to conform to your home warranty, inform them of the low quality service where thy will hopefully discontinue their association and replace with a much better and reputable service provider.
