When I was searching for a company to remove my current countertop and install a new one I started in the Amherst area where I'm located. I went to all the places that came highly recommended near me and I was incredibly discouraged! Not only would they not remove my existing countertops which would have made more work for me (finding a contractor, etc), the customer service at those places was terrible. So,I decided to try a place a little further away and hope for a better experience, enter in M&M Granite. I received an almost immediate response to my inquiry which I loved. They were more than willing to do a job in Williamsville which is a good distance from them and came to do a quote and measure that week. From there, I received the quote later that day via email (extremely professional) and I began my selection for my stone and back splash. They were extremely communicative every step of the way. When it came to install day they installed BEAUTIFULLY. they did one, super clean seam and installed a new sink for me as well. The cut of the granite was amazing, they were able to round the corners just the way I wanted. The subway tile they laid for my back splash brought the whole thing together! From start to finish the job was done within 3 weeks which I was very happy with. I highly recommend M&M Granite. I could not be happier with M&M Granite. From the minute I walked into the showroom up until the install - the entire staff was fantastic. I started out with Miranda who walked me through the different types of granite. She gave me samples to take home and decide. They were really patient with me as I changed my mind on the granite a couple of times. Matt came in and took precise measurements. They installed when they said they were going to - which was less than a week from me making my final decision. They left no mess behind, as we all know some contractors can be messy. Matt also installed a beautiful sink that I purchased from M&M Granite which made life easier being able to pick out my sink and granite at the same time. Matt also created me a matching cutting board at no charge! I would highly recommend M&M Granite. I had a full bathroom remodel done by M&M Granite. My bathroom seems almost to good to be true. They did everything from gutting the room, re building walls, leveling everything!, trim, tiled shower, installed a bath tub, fabricated a marble vanity and matching shelf for behind the toilet, and installed all accessories. Very happy with Matthew McCauley and all the hard work he has put into my bathroom, cant wait until they do my second bathroom and kitchen! I also bought a quartz dog dish stand for my saint bernard. Over the past few years I've used M&M Granite & Tile several times and have been extremely happy with the results and the cost for each job. M&M Granite & Tile has installed floor tile in my laundry room, dining room, and bathroom. Additionally, the counter tops on the custom-built bathroom vanity and makeup desk where done by M&M. I had M&M Granite do my 2 bathrooms.... They turned out beautiful!..I couldn't be more in love with them. The soapstone in my downstairs bath is black and when waxed looks like leather absolutely fabulous.. My upstairs bathroom has blacks greys and whites in the granite it looks so expensive but was actually a very reasonable price in fact both baths were very reasonable and the owner Matthew McCauley was very accommodating in anything I wanted done.
