He put so much care, thought and detail into making sure the granite was installed perfectly and to my liking as if he was doing it at his own house. The owner was also kind and empathetic after I experienced a few issues in the first attempt to put granite in. Outstanding people to work with every step of the way! Anne was so helpful in advising us from the very start and right up through the final installation. She sweated all the details and gave us extremely good advice on everything! The templating went very smoothly and on the day of install (drum roll) everything fit perfectly!! Amazing! It took 4 installers to lift the main slab onto our nice new island. But they landed it perfectly. The finishing guys also did a great job seaming and sealing everything once the countertops were in place. We couldn't be more impressed with the final results. I would not recommend them to anybody. When installing my countertops and back splash they damaged my kitchen cabinets (notice plural) and cut some trim too short! Apparently because they sent someone out to repair one cabinet, they thought their job was done. Don't ever consider them!! read more

I called and made an appointment to meet with them. There was an accidental double booking for the same time but Leah was able to help me. She was new, but very pleasant and took me on a tour of their warehouse to show me all of their product in granite and quartz. She wrote down everything I was interested in and got me prices for everything. I decided on a piece of granite and stainless undermount sink and was given the written quote and was surprised that it was $700 to $1K lower than other quotes I had received. I was contacted a few days later to set up an appointment for them to measure and make a template. The young man who came out was very pleasant and efficient. He told me that I would be contacted for the install. Leah contacted me a few days later to set up the install date and that was made for a few weeks out. She asked if we would remove our countertop or if we needed their help to do it. She explained the whole process and how long it would take. I was given a 2 hour window for the time of the install.. The installers, Tony & Jarred, arrived around the mid point of that window. They were great!! Good personality and did the install very professionally. They took their time piecing the 2 halves together to make sure the fit was tight and centered. They had to trim a smidge on the fit.. Tony took his time seaming the 2 halves of the granite together. Then they double checked where iI wanted the holes drilled for the faucets. The countertop turned out beautifully and they cleaned up after themselves. I want to say the whole process took about an hour. They explained to not connect the drain or put in the faucets for 24 hours to allow everything to set up. It's been 2 months since the install and the countertop turned out great. We couldn't be more pleased with our new countertop and the professional service given to us from this company. We highly recommend them!!! read more

Finally got the guy on the phone (next to impossible) and he said he would "have the office schedule a time to come out and reseal it". The office must be busy as that was 10 months ago. The entire sale of our countertop was not pushy at all compared to when we came from another local countertop company. We enjoyed the process of picking out our granite at the shop. It was for our first home so we were new to it all and I must say it was the first thing in our remodel that actually went great. We called and let them know our cabinets were installed and they measured that same week and installed them after that with zero issues. I searched for almost 2 years looking for the "right" pieces of granite for my 2 bathroom remodels.
