Owner is great quality material had an issue. Owner came out himself and reconciled the issue promptly no complaints.

Ended up buying another piece from them and I really think your experience with the Granite Shop will often come down to your installer. This time, Dan installed it and he was INCREDIBLE. He put so much care, thought and detail into making sure the granite was installed perfectly and to my liking as if he was doing it at his own house. The owner was also kind and empathetic after I experienced a few issues in the first attempt to put granite in. If you're looking to replace a countertop, definitely look at The Graanite Shop as one of your first stops! Their prices, installation, fabrication and customer service are fantastic and I love the new countertop! Thank you! read more

Outstanding people to work with every step of the way! Anne was so helpful in advising us from the very start and right up through the final installation. She sweated all the details and gave us extremely good advice on everything! The templating went very smoothly and on the day of install (drum roll) everything fit perfectly!! Amazing! It took 4 installers to lift the main slab onto our nice new island. But they landed it perfectly. The finishing guys also did a great job seaming and sealing everything once the countertops were in place. We couldn't be more impressed with the final results. This is a first class operation from start to finish--HIGHLY recommend read more

I would not recommend them to anybody. When installing my countertops and back splash they damaged my kitchen cabinets (notice plural) and cut some trim too short! Apparently because they sent someone out to repair one cabinet, they thought their job was done. Don't ever consider them!! read more

I called and made an appointment to meet with them. There was an accidental double booking for the same time but Leah was able to help me. She was new, but very pleasant and took me on a tour of their warehouse to show me all of their product in granite and quartz. She wrote down everything I was interested in and got me prices for everything. I decided on a piece of granite and stainless undermount sink and was given the written quote and was surprised that it was $700 to $1K lower than other quotes I had received. I was contacted a few days later to set up an appointment for them to measure and make a template. The young man who came out was very pleasant and efficient. He told me that I would be contacted for the install. Leah contacted me a few days later to set up the install date and that was made for a few weeks out. She asked if we would remove our countertop or if we needed their help to do it. She explained the whole process and how long it would take. I was given a 2 hour window for the time of the install.. The installers, Tony & Jarred, arrived around the mid point of that window. They were great!! Good personality and did the install very professionally. They took their time piecing the 2 halves together to make sure the fit was tight and centered. They had to trim a smidge on the fit.. Tony took his time seaming the 2 halves of the granite together. Then they double checked where iI wanted the holes drilled for the faucets. The countertop turned out beautifully and they cleaned up after themselves. I want to say the whole process took about an hour. They explained to not connect the drain or put in the faucets for 24 hours to allow everything to set up. It's been 2 months since the install and the countertop turned out great. We couldn't be more pleased with our new countertop and the professional service given to us from this company. We highly recommend them!!! read more

My husband and I are so excited to have our beautiful granite countertop installed today! Anne and her team did an amazing job! We are giving them 10 Stars? This total home remodel was definitely a huge under taking. Ann made it so easy when it came to finding the right granite slab that fit our style. The Granite Shop had such a variety of slabs to choose from which was important. Their state of the art computer laser sharp cutting machines made the seams seamless. Once the space was ready for our countertop to be measured and installed it was smooth sailing. Thank you Anne and your team at The Granite Shop for a wonderful experience. We are over the moon excited to invite family and friends over to entertain in our new space.. I personally will only use and recommend them to everyone.. read more

Had a great selection to choose from and the staff was very friendly! I would recommend them to anyone!

Review depends on whether they will install the countertop as promised, after a nearly four months delay.

From start to finish the granite shop was awesome . Anne showed us all of her beautiful slab samples, explained how the process worked and was super patient with us. We found the most beautiful granite thus far in our search , and they were willing to hold it for several months ! Their price beat 2 other estimates we had gotten by quite a bit ! When it came to instillation the owner Chris and his installers were superb, Not only did they install for us before a holiday so we could entertain But they were intricate and super careful with the install. Gave me great tips on cleaning and care of my granite and sink . I will not go anywhere but the granite shop again . Lynda Murphy read more

Had decent prices. Doesnt stand behind his work. A seam in my countertop seperated almost immediately. Called several times. Left messages. Finally got the guy on the phone (next to impossible) and he said he would "have the office schedule a time to come out and reseal it". The office must be busy as that was 10 months ago. Go elsewhere. Edit**And no, Im not in florida. Right in wheatfield. And sorry if I used the wrong term "reseal" for referring to rejoining the two oieces if granite but Im nit a countertop professional. Youre supposed to be remember. But dont worry. I will fix it myself. Thx read more

The entire sale of our countertop was not pushy at all compared to when we came from another local countertop company. We enjoyed the process of picking out our granite at the shop. It was for our first home so we were new to it all and I must say it was the first thing in our remodel that actually went great. We called and let them know our cabinets were installed and they measured that same week and installed them after that with zero issues. We love the way they turned out and will definitely recommend them to family and friends in the future as it was a pleasure to work with everyone here including the installers! read more

I searched for almost 2 years looking for the "right" pieces of granite for my 2 bathroom remodels. Needless to say, I went to every granite and stone company from here to Rochester including here with no luck. Since I was looking for stone and not a man made product, it seemed hopeless in finding what I was looking for. Just as I was about to consider the alternative, I stopped by The Granite Shop again. Anne was wonderful and showed me their current stock and when I saw something I liked (of course already sold) she told me similar slabs were expected and she'd call. Well, she called and she had the perfect stone! It was absolutely exactly what I was looking for all this time. I knew it the moment I saw it. I can't believe how beautiful my counters turned out. It was worth the wait! I've had granite done before and I would go back here in a heartbeat. The quality of their work is excellent and the price was more than fair! The Granite Shop exceeded my expectations!! read more
