I willingly paid for the measuring consult, but when I cancel the slab order, I was hit with a $980 restocking fee. This was never mentioned when I initially inquired about the refund, in the event I changed my mind, once again, for any reason. This is not a trustworthy company, they are the only ones in the area that charge a restocking fee. All of the other slab companies have told me that they just keep the slab, and are confident they will resell it. Apparently Italian marble likes to double dip as I'm sure they turned around and resold the slab and immediately made a $980 profit on it. Stay far away from them. The Granite Shop in Wheatfield is a great place to get slabs. Check them out instead of this ripoff place.

When his bid came in, we had no reservation to say yes to him! And Stately totally delivered. They were there on time, told us every thing being done in the process, each of the guys were fun and personable, and they ended each day by totally cleaning everywhere they worked.
