They have a very nice selection of full slabs and remnant pieces, however the amount of phone and email tag we have had to do is extremely annoying. Also, a little heads up for COVID times, none of the employees wear a mask. They are very open about it and claim that none of them wear one. read more

I was very disappointed in the turnaround time to measure for my bathroom vanity top. I put a deposit down last November and because of contractor problems and Covid nothings been done until the work was started 2 1/2 weeks ago. When I did call them they said it would be three weeks before they came to measure and another week before they installed my vanity top, I even lost a week trying to connect with the salesman who was never Available to come to the phone. When I redo my kitchen countertops and island I will most definitely go somewhere else. read more

We used International Stone to get new kitchen countertops (quartz), laundry room (quartz) and bathroom double sink vanity (granite). We love the kitchen countertops and laundry room countertops but were dissatisfied with the bathroom vanity. There is a crack in the granite that goes to the edge of the countertop. We paid over $1200.00 for this remnant and I was very disappointed it was cracked. When we asked about getting it replaced, the owner/president came to inspect the granite and found a few other cracks. He offered a couple different remedies, but we felt strongly we should have a counter without cracks. The owner/president begrudgingly said he would replace the countertop. After that, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. The company was slow to respond. In addition, we had 2 sinks mounted on the original counter and they said they weren't responsible for any damage caused by trying to remove them and most likely couldn't be removed without damage. No remedy was offered for the cost of the sinks. We did pick out a replacement piece of granite, but when we refused to sign a liability waiver saying they weren't responsible for any damage to our walls, windows, or vanity the owner/president became very defensive. He treated us like liars and like we were just trying to get something for free. Additionally, he talked down to me, and dismissed me when I made a comment about being surprised by his defensive position. He spent the remainder of the conversation talking to my husband and behaving as if I wasn't in the room. I was insulted by his conduct. He was more concerned with defending himself than addressing the true issue of our dissatisfaction with the product he sold us. At the end of the conversation he shook my husband's hand and ignored me. I was so insulted and disgusted by how he made me feel that we just left without getting the replacement granite. I will never do business with this company ever again. read more

I was super excited about the price for granite in my kitchen but was not happy with the service. No one gets back to you a timely manner and I was without a kitchen for 4 weeks because I think they overbooked. I am happy with the final product but not with the service. Word of advice don't pay everything upfront. That was a good choice on my part in the end. read more

I'd like you to know that the entire experience was amazing. Chris (my sales guy) was so patient and knowledgable; as a first-time "designer" I really needed that. The selection was huge! What I noticed right off the bat is that the big box store I visited only offered small squares of a product from which to choose. It is IMPERATIVE to be able to see the whole slab! I held my cabinet samples up to the slabs and POW, my choice was so much more clear. As a consumer I realized how competetively priced you are, taking into account all of the service, product and installation! The gentleman who came to measure was incredible; his knowledge and questions made me feel so good about my decision. He didn't rush through the appointment. Everyone in the office was always so nice whenever I called, and I very much appreciated the owner, Sommers, seeking me out to introduce himself. Top notch! I just returned from laying out my counters on the beautiful stone i picked from International Stone. Key was wonderful !! Not only was he very knowledgeable but he was very patient and extremely helpful with his suggestions. He listened to what i liked best in the slab and then tried to give me that in the cuts for my counter! I have to also mention Tom who came the day before to measure. I would never contract from this place. I was made to feel like I was an interruption instead of a valued potential customer. 5 minutes later, as I was finally asked if I needed some help, I asked to see a sample on the wall. His response was "you want me to take that down?" Of course, I need to see it next to my samples. Each sample I requested was met with the same response. We walked around outside to look at slabs and because I didn't find the color and style we were looking for, I received an attitude of "you are wasting my time". He said, "well this is all we have". After going back inside, he retreated to his office, never to come out again. I just left. Not the kind of customer service I would want on my kitchen remodel!!! read more
