At first, it appeared everyone was working towards my 8K project in good faith. My wife wanted…read morequartz countertops. However, this company showed its true colors when it first demanded a 50% deposit before anything was even measured (on everything including the extras). We are dealing with countertops here people, and even the Representative of the company sent out (Stone Services?) that does the actual measurement said that at least 10% of the jobs have to be declined because of the countertops not being leveled enough. Now, answer me this: why would anyone in the position of President, who should understand the above, begin buying the "extras" before the job is even measured and cleared to proceed? No one with good business sense would do that. That sounds like a highly inexperienced President to me. Though Emily was nice and at first claimed she was going to try and send our faucet back, she then made the excuse that she couldn't. So we ended up only getting a 50% refund from the money deposited for the new faucet setup. Now imagine if she had gone out and bought the sink before the job was even measured? Bottom line here people is that this President, though seemingly nice and cordial, is highly inexperienced resulting in the following. Everyone knows that certain business losses are already priced in to yearly budgets going forward, etc. Because she failed to waive the loss on the faucet (about $120), which we all know is already calculated into prices as business losses, this company (once I level my cabinets) will never get the $8,000.00 job it would have gotten. Is that an intelligent business decision? I would be curious to get the opinion of her Boss and Supervisor; perhaps the CEO of the Company. Their loss; not mine. And because I could see where this could have gone even more horribly wrong (like her trying to not refund half the cost of the sink if she had gone out prematurely and obtained it), I would never recommend this business to anyone. I have no animosity towards this person; but believe there is much for her to learn; and would avoid the business at all costs.

I also asked for 2cm backsplash. Originally they were not sure if my quartz came that way. They ended up reaming it down for me. It turned out gorgeous.

To be clear we did not get our roof replaced or even fixed by them. But that is why we called…read morethem. I had met them at a friends house who did need roof work. I liked the way they did the assessment and estimate. So when I saw something I thought of them first. They came over and gave an honest assessment that we did not need work done. Great! I asked if they knew someone who could fix an outside porch deck (about 10 by 12 and 100 years old well made with pillars supporting the roof etc). Surprise surprise but they could. While they don't advertise it, they do this type of work too. So he gave us an estimate a few days later. Seemed reasonable to us for the work. Turned out it was because once they tore the deck up it was clear more work was needed. They did it without any issue, and no cost increase. Fab. The two Employes who did the work were polite and quiet. No loud radios blaring. No shouting. No nonsense. Even our neighbors were happy. With all the rain the work took longer than expected, but only because of rain days, not because the actual work took more time. So the estimate of time was right on. If you need roof work, or even deck work, I'd call Naples and see what they say.

The low-slope roof on the 14' x 20' garage attached to our house, was seriously leaking & the…read morewooden rafters under it were literally rotting away. Naples Roofing was recommended to us by another roofer who does not work on that type of structure. So we called them & their estimate was close to what a different company quoted last year. Naples understood what needed to be done and, unlike another company we spoke to, did not try to tell us the garage needed to be torn down and rebuilt for twice the money. After we signed the contract & paid the first 1/3 of the cost we had to wait about two weeks for them to do the work. It would have been a longer wait, but they had a cancellation. So three men came by at 9:00 a.m., tore off the old roof etc., and put up twice as many wooden rafters as the contract had called for! They put a new plywood roof, covered it with a waterproof membrane, put up new fascia & some type of protective plastic around the edge, & cleaned out a gutter at the edge of the roof on the main house that I couldn't get to, which had weeds growing in it. They hauled all their trash away, they were pleasant & polite. Husband & I are delighted! The only criticism I have is that they didn't keep in touch with us as far as scheduling the estimate, or scheduling the work. Husband & I are retired & are usually at home & didn't know in advance what day they would be there. Their work is obviously high-quality & it is guaranteed for five years. I'm very happy to recommend Naples Roofing.
