I am looking forward to working with them. --------------------------------------------------- I was very disappointed about their services. It was awful . It could be the worst customer services I have ever had in the world. I book an appointment for measurements and a lady and a gentleman came for doing that. Then, nothing happened at all after that. Nobody contacted me, and I called so many times and left hundreds of voice messages and still nobody contact me . One month later I went to their show room and I met a girl there. She said she would check with the people who did the measurements and would get back to me. Two weeks later still nothing happened . I called again and the girl said she had asked the person just the Day before I called. Unfortunately are the measurements were lost . She said I probably would need to book another appointment for the measurements. OMG! Is that how you guys treat your customers ?

Buyer beware! This company needs better office management. We purchased countertops (early May…read more2017) for our kitchen that took 9 weeks to deliver. 9 WEEKS WITHOUT A SINK! when you promise 3 and take 9, somebody screwed up. How should you fix it? Apologize and discount? They give excuses and offer a coffee card. The product is good (arrived mid July 2017) but the experience is terrible. Consider an alternate supplier if timeliness matters because these guys will leave you in the dark.
