My vote is split between plumbing and the sidewalk cement work. Plumbing gets a 5, cement work 3…read more For the plumbing service I dealt with Ed P. and the work was done by Leo and Joe, who did the complete job in a day. They dug from back downspot to street, laid new piping, added stone by street and backfilled the dirt. Excellent. The cement side was a different issue. I dealt with Ed R. The cement work is subed. When the crew came to dig up the sidewalk I saw on ring camera that they did not remove one of the contracted pads (they were supposed to do 4 pads but only did 3). I contacted Ed R. while they were still at my house. Later that day the three pads were cemented in. That part of sidewalk was well done (even if not all pads were done). A month later a new crew came to dig up the fourth pad, they did mine and the neighbors. Horrible job. They stomped all over my new grass, The new pad near my other ones was too high so they leveled it down the last three inches but you can notice that it's not level, the pads by the grass are sloped down (maybe they didn't pour enough cement), not very smooth surface, and when they cleaned up they did it by my decorative curb (leaving stains on it). Communicaton with Ed R. was lacking.

Appreciate the quick turnaround and quality of work done. The water is moving and draining much…read morebetter now. Turns out, we had several plugged drains in the house and needed them to come out twice to get it all done. So, the reason I'd take off a star is that they didn't fully check all of the water ins and outs before work started, and after the first day of work completed. Because if they did, the second day would not have been needed. The other thing I'll mention - but not take away another star for - is that they didn't clean the shower bathtub sufficiently to remove the mess made by their snake. Our bathtub was bright white and clean before, and now has a bit of a brown discoloration where the snake residue came up and splattered onto. We are prob going to need to do another round of cleaning to get it back the way it was. In truth, a 5 star service shouldn't need 2+ rounds of cleaning after. That's why I'd keep the rating at 4 stars, but no higher than that. A more critical customer I could understand giving 3 stars (average) at most. Check out the photo, and you be the judge. But all in all, thanks for the quick service and getting the job done!

Let me start by saying that most people don't want to call a plumber, including myself. We recently…read moreended up in a situation with a severely clogged drain in the basement. My wife and I tried whatever we could do to unclog it, and just couldn't figure out why. We ended up calling around and trying to get general estimates. Depending on the task at hand, Bruce gave us the most reasonable quote and we decided to go with him. He was very responsive online and available the same day. Some of the plumbers had given us dates that were well into the following week, and almost twice the price. When Bruce arrived, he made sure he kept the work area clean, worked on our sink, and after we found out that the job needed was worse than we had initially thought, he encouraged me to look around in case I didn't want to go with him. The new project included sawing off the existing galvanized pipe to the laundry sink, which was severely clogged with corrosion and sediments, and having it replaced with PVC pipe she is replacement. We decided to go with him for the new job and he completed it quickly, with quality products, and at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend using this company for any house related tasks including plumbing.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC repair.

So disappointed with this company. John called me right away when I was looking for a plumber. My…read more1st red flag should have been when he delayed coming out twice. He finally came out and insisted that hydro jetting my lines was going to fix my problems. I told him I had old lines but he insisted it would work. After paying him a crazy amount of money turns out it DIDN'T work. And after he left something was leaking under my sink..he came back out..after delaying again. After that, another leak popped up under the same sink! He did fix that but the original problem was NOT fixed. I asked for a partial refund because I paid a crazy amount of money. Oh he promised and promised me he would pay me back partially in "good faith". I gave him weeks to make good on that agreement but nothing. I ended up paying more money to a competent plumber . SO disappointed! I tried to give this company a chance and it bit me in the butt!!

He said he would be back at 4:00 pm. Another person who was not a plumber came at 7:00 pm, that works for John replaced the tank. He couldn't handle the tank alone, so he needed help to get it out and rusty water from it, and stained our carpets. After the non plumber left, he didn't replace the lines we paid extra for, and replaced the wrong valve. Called John and he agreed that it was not done correctly. John and the non plumber came back the next night to correct all the problems. We were out of town and my daughter 2 weeks later after the tank was installed, she smelled natural gas in the house. Her boyfriend went down to the tank and lit a flame to the pipe that he thought was leaking and it was. Our house could have blown up, with our daughter at risk. We called John up, and texted him the picture and he thought we "were setting him up." He did say he would come back and fix it. We hired a reliable plumbing company that fixed his work for another $400,00. Is this the type of plumber you want to hire?
