He promised a receipt and estimate would be delivered by email later that day. That never happened. After three days of me contacting them, I finally got an email estimate that left out several items that we had discussed. One of those items was a hot water tank flush. They wanted to add $525 to the estimate for this service! When I refused and pointed out that a typical rate is $150 to $250, they told me it required a "special machine". That is a lie. Nevertheless, I scheduled an appointment for the rest of the service. They canceled by text 2.5 hours before. We scheduled for the next morning. They canceled by text 2 hours before. I had to leave to take my husband to the hospital. So no action was taken or we did not use this company because I had a sick family member and could not be present at home because all of my time was needed at the hospital and my young child. We paid the bill full and clear. Even signed up for a monthly membership. Fast forward to today, I have a huge leak in my primary shower, I called to have a team member come out and take a look. They told me that would not be servicing my home because I was rude to Joe. I was NEVER was rude, I may have been panicking but was never rude. I had a family emergency that had to be dealt with. I Did not have time to talk about all 3 of my ac units and wait for another more seasoned team member to come out to detect the problem and resolve the situation. I was texted by the owner for a follow up that day, but as mentioned, I was right smack in the middle of a family emergency that took precedence over anything else. No further contact was made to me. I was just cut off my membership with no notice and the customer care manager told me that they were no longer willing to service my home because Joe thought I was rude. Wow. Just wow. When a second guy showed up to do the work after waiting 4hr he put a snake in our toilet scratching the interior of the bowl leaving the porcelain permanently ruined and still didn't fix the issue with the clogged drain because he didn't have a long enough snake to do the main drain.
