No return call after 1 week- called again. Receptionist said she would let " Vince " know this was my 2nd attempt. I had postponed the 2nd plumber mostly b/c this wasn't a huge project. One week later now into the 3rd week- left another message to schedule the project. No call back. That was 10 days ago. Seems to me that if I didn't have a crash and burn need they didn't need or want my business. They know that is where the money is at - when you are in dire need. Sad to think now they have to have this on their record. I won't call them again if they where free. In addition I know allot of people and will share it with anyone who needs a plumbing service. Shameful they couldn't even call back and say no thanks or we are too busy, too small of job etc.,.

I expected the normal 2-3 day wait time for non emergencies, and was very surprised to have a 4 hour (or so, I didn't time it) fix. He did a great job, didn't try to up sell to fancier equipment, and finished in a blink of an eye. It's also nice to support local small businesses instead of the behemoth companies that are taking over the service industry. I will be using this company for future plumbing incidents. Being a commercial property, there WILL be future plumbing incidents. It was refreshing to use a company who just did what needed done without 3 phone calls to get them there and the inevitable "how did we do?" follow up call.

Always professional, clearly communicating schedule and price estimate, and quality work. Post-Covid, when it was really hard to find repairmen at all, I mentioned to Jeff my frustration at not being able to find an electrician to replace all the baseboard heaters in the house (one of them already broken, the rest just old). He said, "I can do that!" He measured the existing heaters, showed me some options for replacements, and ordered what we picked from a Canadian company. The ordering and delivery proved difficult (we were still seeing lots of supply chain and transportation issues all over the country) and Jeff stayed on top of the whole process, keeping us informed of delays, working out issues with the shipper. When the heaters finally arrived, Jeff and his team installed them in a morning, and hauled the old ones away. As usual, the work itself was expert. Billing for the work was exactly per the estimate. I really appreciate Edwardsville Plumbing's professionalism, ability to do work promptly and neatly, and jump in and go way beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!
