Highly, highly recommend!!!!!!! - Belleville, IL I called Mr. Davinroy in an emergency situation as we had a pipe connecting to our washer that was leaking (more like flooding) and we had to turn off our main valve in order to keep the leak at bay. We had only been in the home for 3 weeks and I was dealing with the Home Warranty Co. and trying to figure out what they covered and the plumber that they had on file would not come out and said that he could not be here for 4 days (he acted like we were inconveniencing him). Our saga had already started two days before that and we were without water. I called Mr. Davinroy and explained the situation. He was very concerned that we were not able to use our water. Mr. Davinroy even called me back to make sure we had found our shut off valve and to talk about the situation and came out on a Saturday, even though he had plans. He was very knowledgeable, professional and super nice. He was able to fix our pipes and set up a different system to make sure we could turn them off in the middle of them if we ever had a similar situation. He will forever be our go to plumber! He even called us the day after (on a Sunday) to make sure everything was working properly! I give him the highest of recommendations because to put it simply, he was genuinely worried/concerned for us and his work was excellent, as well as his price point being very very reasonable (which was a relief to us, having just bought this home). In fact, we already have plans to have him work on some other issues that we were aware of. What a great experience to have had him come to our rescue! We found someone we can count on for quality work and who has integrity. read more

I have never been more pleased to write a review than I am this one. Al did some work for me a little over a year ago to correct a number of problems created by a handyman I had hired for several projects, several of which involved plumbing. Al took the time to fit me into his schedule that very day and corrected the problems explaining what the handyman had done incorrectly which I really appreciated. After the fact, I realized that I had made a mistake, hiring a handyman to do the work that I should have hired a plumber to do in the first place. Yesterday, I received a call from my tenant that he had no hot water. So given my previous positive experience with Al, I called him. Once again, he was very responsive to my dilemma, and took the time to fit me in. Today, during a rain storm, he installed a brand new hot water heater minimizing the inconvenience to my tenant which I greatly appreciated. In addition to being an excellent and knowledgeable plumber, I have found Al to be a very professional, reliable, trustworthy and pleasant individual which in this day and age is an added bonus. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Al Davinroy Plumbing to anyone, and am meeting with him tomorrow for another plumbing project I have at a condominium I recently purchased. Needless to say, he will be handling all of my plumbing needs now and in the future. read more

Quick Response & Honest Work Back in September, we had a small plumbing emergency, the hot shower handle broke and the water wouldn't shut off. Albert came out quickly, diagnosed everything on the spot, and got the situation under control. He was straightforward about what needed to be done and didn't try to upsell or inflate the job. He also went out of his way to make sure my mom understood the repair and felt comfortable with everything before he left, which I really appreciated since I live out of state. That level of patience and professionalism meant a lot to us. It was a positive experience start to finish, and it's the reason I didn't hesitate to reach out to him again when we had another issue. Highly recommend. read more

Our hot water heater bit the dust after 18 years and was leaking badly. We had contacted another local plumbing service in the Belleville area for a replacement and was told that it would be a month before they could be of service (really?). So we contacted Al at A. Davinroy Plumbing. Al is a great guy and came to replace the old hot water heater within 2 hours from the phone call. Same day service! Al and his team did excellent work installing top of the line hot water heater and the cost was very reasonable too. Highly recommended! David D. Belleville IL read more

Al was amazing! We had a leak from a previously company who did terrible work. Al came back on an emergency call, was extremely fast, and knew exactly how to fix the leak and did so amazingly. We'll never again use a big box plumbing company. We're planning on using Al for our bathroom plumbing renovations and every other plumbing issue moving forward. For the amount of work he did, and for the quality, Al is worth every penny. Will absolutely be using him again and recommending him to everyone. read more
