He came to our home on time and did a thorough walk around our home and gave us a detailed bid. For reference we had most of our siding replaced, and the entire outside of our home painted, including front door, gutters, along with some other repairs. I found Jose and crew, to be professional at every turn, I liked that he had a detailed contract and several options for payments. His price was fair after receiving another bid. It is a lot of trust having work done in and around your home, Jose met and exceeded my high expectaions of doing an excellent, and detailed job. He takes pride in his work. Communication was seamless throughout the project, that is important to me, he even answered the phone when I was calling him while at the paint store getting a sample to try a color out. I highly recommend trying colors out on your house before finalizing your choice. He was so helpful in every stage of the process from concept and design to sourcing materials and helping us save money where we could. He and his team were extremely professional and tidy during the remodel. I was amazed how clean they were able to keep the work site at the end of each day. It was still a construction zone obviously but they did their best to keep things as clean and safe for us as possible each evening. They also went the extra mile with moving our fridge back and forth from our deck (which included having to take the doors off and put them back on) for us at different stages of the project so that we could keep our food fresh.
