After standing in a long line to check out, my cashier changed from one woman to another mid ring. Weird but it happens. I noticed my two pickups rang at $2.99 each and asked her about it. She said "oh. Blue tags are for members only." I suppose errantly assuming because I wear a bra I'm not a member? (I am one.) Then she checked and said the pickups were on blue tag last month and pointed to a display near check stand. I said "Thats funny because I picked up two of these back on aisle 6 end-cap BECAUSE they were on blue tag." I told her I'd go take a photo and did and came back and showed her my phone screen. She reiterated the sale was last month. I reiterated that the price was on display in their store in washington state. She finally called the manager and price was adjusted but this left a bad impression on me. She never said "sorry for the confusion" or even "you were right." I hate retailers (and restaurants ) who display one price then charge a higher one. I'm also not keen on assumptions made about me because of my sex.

So I had the product (which was located on their shelf), and had verification of price, which matched their website. Yet they refused to sell me the product... (Interesting business model). Once I got home, I researched the reasons for this to happen; only to realize that those products are basically illegal to sell in the State of Washington under the guidelines of HB1444, which states that sprinkler heads manufactured prior to "January 1, 2021" cannot be used. So this product has obviously been sitting on their shelves for over two and a half years! Makes you wonder what other products in this store are well past its use?

When I checked with Lowe's they assured me a refund had been requested. When our credit card did not show a refund after 10 days I called Lowe's and they said the refund would be issued after the company received the oven back! I called and finally got someone who said the information we received was not correct and a refund had not been requested. We finally received our refund after multiple calls. Really disappointing how it was handled and I'll never buy anything from Lowe's again.

They walked me through the whole build process, explaining in detail why I didn't need the more expensive i7 and what options were available that met my needs yet was still within my budget. They never talked down to me. My new computer was ready less than a week later and I'm writing this review on it. Set up was so easy, it's embarrassing. I was up and running in minutes. Despite being retired, I still work full time and my computer is my primary tool. I am extremely happy with their work and my new computer. I have worked with computers in one way or another, but mostly as an user, since 1982. I know good service when I see it. I know phonies when I see them. These folks have done other work for me in the six years since I moved back home to Tacoma. I have never been overcharged; their pricing is eminently fair for the work they do. They are fast and efficient. They have even done a couple of quick fixes with no charge. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs computer repair or help. These are honest people who offer great service for a fair price, something that is becoming more rare as time progesses.

My neighbor and I decided to go in half on a lawn aerator rental. We had looked at the local big box hardware stores and when one of them letting us down by not having what they said they did in stock, we went a different route. These guys are fairly busy on the weekend as the locals seem to know where to go. The price was half of what the hardware stores were charging. They were polite and professional, and down to business. Total time spent picking up and dropping off was about 20 minutes. I will definitely go here anytime I need to rent equipment.
