What is the point of making an appointment if the dealership cannot manage its service schedule or provide customers with accurate information about when their vehicles will be serviced? There clearly seems to be no effective system in place to ensure appointments are respected or customers' time is valued. This was a complete waste of my time and an extremely frustrating experience. Pulled into this Avis on an early Saturday to get an oil change. I can honestly say it wasn't that…read morebad of a process initially. I returned to the mavis and it turns out they made a mistake which the manager admitted to and said one of his mechanics capped off the wrong cap.
