Unfortunately when dealing with a 40 year old vehicle, many parts are discontinued - so you have to get the best supplemental version. Mike seamlessly did the impossible. When one part on my car broke, instead of just repairing it and charging me, he took the time to call the dealership to see if there were any recalls. It turned out the part was covered under a recall, which ended up saving me several thousand dollars! Mike always takes the time to explain what's going on, never pressures you into unnecessary repairs, and wants to help. He cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Mike. He's kept my Honda running great for years, and I'm grateful to have found someone so dependable.

It's probably not easy for them to get paid by the roadside companies either, and not cheap to operate a fleet of expensive tow trucks. Just because your car is stuck in snow doesn't mean they owe it to you to risk getting their truck stuck. It's hard to find auto repair shops that do a good job on the car. I've had bad experiences with other shops in the area not completing what you asked, things coming back worse then when you dropped it off. I have not had any issues with Jans, service and prices have been great. Tow drivers are all friendly and courteous. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Recommend this place.
