These guys, SAMI and JOHN, are scammers. They are running scams selling garbage cars and causing new damage to vehicles that come in for repairs. They reset the computers on their used cars so that none of the sensor lights come on right away, hiding the NUMEROUS defects their cars have. Then, when you buy the car and it lights up like a Christmas tree two days later, they offer to fix the damage at exorbitant prices. They also pretend that they are selling cars for "customers" so that they can avoid taking accountability when you find out you bought a lemon. They have been doing this day in and day out for YEARS. Also, they CREATE oil leaks and other problems on routine inspections and service, then upcharge the customer to fix the problem they themselves created. JOHN and SAMI sold me a lemon pretending it was a customer's car. I was able to georoute and geotrack the accounts of the "seller" and they are ALL linked to the shop or John and Sami personally. Between that and tower triangulation, I was able to prove that John and Sami were the sellers the whole time, trying to avoid selling under a dealer license. They have been reported to the authorities with substantial evidence turned over against them. A Federal investigation is underway. I do not expect this place to be open much longer. Imprisonment seems justified. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. came to get an oil change, and never had an oil leak prior to arriving here. I pulled in, and after waiting for a bit for them to change my oil, an employee comes up to me saying that my car is leaking oil and will cost 900 dollars to fix. Are you serious? very obvious they damaged it themselves in hopes to charge me for repairs. SCAMMERS. read more

I wish there was a zero star option. The absolute rudest, nastiest attendant waits on me every time I go. I only continue to go there because it's right down the street from where I work. He went above and beyond to be extra nasty today. It's not worth the convenience anymore, I'll drive anywhere but this place. Traveling for the holiday through New Jersey; We stopped at this gas station to fill up & use the restrooms.. I must say this is the most beautiful gas station restroom that I've seen in my life. John has been my mechanic for a very long time (over 25 years) Not only does he understand older cars, he Gets educated on the latest high end functions in luxury cars... so if you have questions on any functionality of your car, he will know and explain it.. he will not do anything unless needed! ZERO STARS!! Awful, awful place!! Employees and owner come off as very nice - they are, in actuality, rude, racist, and anti-Semitic. They made inappropriate comments while we were there, saying that bad auto parts must have been made by "Gypsy's or Jew's"!!!!!!!! And if that weren't enough, they couldn't perform a simple oil change correctly and I wound up with an awful leak because they couldn't put the filter on properly. Oh yes, and they essentially said I was being an over-anxious woman because I had a concern (which was perfectly valid) about my car. I had the pleasure to have a set of 4 new tires installed by John and his team recently. Easily set up an appointment and had tires delivered to them. Very good job, fair price, and no drama! Best of all, John went above and beyond by having my car cleaned inside and out at no charge! So, he gave me back my car better than I gave it to him. Nice. Will go to him again. Ignorant "mechanics" or technicians. I asked my father to drop off my car for an oil change, brake fluid flush, and rotor replacement while I was out of town. I work in NYC so I did some minor town driving then a couple weeks later on a road trip the brake fluid light came on. Thought to myself, "Okay maybe they didn't put enough in so I'll add some next chance I get." Several minutes later I lost all pressure in the brakes and barely made it to a local gas station. After some fumbling around I found they had not properly refilled the reservoir. Filled it back up, bled/pumped, closed off the valve. Three weeks later (today) I discover that what actually happened was they damaged the caliper and it's now leaking fluid. Thanks guys! read more

I am 49 years old and I ve been coming here for 20 years having serviced more than 4 vehicles at this great shop. This is by far the most professional and honest auto shop I have ever been to in 30 years. It is a family owned business run by its owner John Aliko who is truly both a great person and fine mechanic who has saved me countless times. This guy would give the shirt off his back to help you which I have seen in person with both customers and non-customers. Two days ago, I had my catalytic converter stolen from my 2002 Honda Odyssey and was looking at least at a $1500 to $2000 job. John did the job for way below market price as he knew the cost of the job was more than the value of the vehicle. That's the type of guy he is. It truly disturbs me to see some of the bad reviews below which can not be true. I would especially discount the criticism about racism and dishonesty because this is quite the contrary from my own personal experience with this good family who by the way are minorities themselves. read more
