I came here a few weeks ago with a friend early on a Friday evening. The selection was huge and our bud tender showed us around and explained what they have in stock and offered some recommendations. I'm glad Pacifica finally has a recreational dispensary! I just wish they followed what some other dispos in the Bay Area do, which is include tax in the advertised price. I bought an 1/8 for $25 and it was like $45 with tax........yikes. I know the taxes in the area are insane and it's not their fault, but I just want to know what to expect since I like to stay within my budget. I would return! read more

By far one of the worst dispensaries I've ever been to. For starters, every one of their products is completely overpriced and Ive never really been satisfied with any product I have tried from this store. Secondly, their staff and the overall customer service experience is extremely poor. The minute you walk in, the staff are all over you. You don't get a second to check out the products they have or take a look around without a staff member following you around every step you take. I went into the store a few days ago, having only been a few times before, because I was in the area and wanted to pickup a product for my Dad that really helps with his pain. None of my experiences have been great at this store, but I figured since it was the only dispensary close to me at the time that I would give it another shot. A team member named Lucas helped me, but I was extremely displeased with the service and walked out feeling as if I was forced to by a product I did not want or was happy with, and was not within my budget which I made very clear upon entering. I was really interested in a particular brand I saw, and it happened to be right in my price range! However when asking Lucas questions about the product he completely discouraged me from picking the product that I was most interested in and directing me to something more expensive. He kept telling me how he was not pleased with the products he has tried from this brand, how the other brand he was recommending was higher in percentage, and how it is an extreme "hit or miss". He talked the product down so much, and was hovering over me that I felt as if I couldn't really decide for myself or get the product that I genuinely wanted. I understand that this is what you will experience in most retail environments, and mostly because people make commission from their sales, but shouldn't there be some sort of level of integrity when it comes to salespeople versus the customer? It is one thing to recommend other products, but its another to completely discourage and make the customer feel bad about a product they themselves want and are interested in, meanwhile pushing them to buy a product you know they can't afford. Just because the salesperson may have had a "bad experience" with a product, doesn't mean everyone else will. The product I was looking for was a hybrid strain, a lower dose percentage, and within a certain budget. Lucas essentially made me feel "forced" into buying the complete opposite. Ive dealt with this prior times I have come to this location, and all of the other team members always force you to spend a much higher amount than what's within your PERSONAL budget, and they NEVER let you decide for yourself. I always end up leaving unhappy with my purchase. They don't let you breathe and completely hover over you around the store as you try to browse the products they offer. This store needs to take note of all the dispensaries in San Francisco where they DON'T do this. They cater to the cliental of their particular area where they knowingly rip people off! Unfortunately, I should've asked if those folks not wearing masks were allowed to enter as well. They are and they were. Since I'm immune compromised and my shopping partner didn't want to pick up my items for me I had to get them myself. I expected like all other businesses right now that would be a requirement. I used to go to their old location called Surefyre. Still the same great selection of vape cartridges and edibles to choose from. Customer service is great as I asked for suggestions on edibles. Oh I went into this establishment trying to get some relief for my dog. She has hives she's a puppy, so in the interim, I see something on the ground pick it up it turns out it's $100 bill. I gave it to the gentleman named Steven. I brought it to his attention but I found it on the ground. I waited two weeks I kept calling saying so they're gonna give me $100 back they were like oh yes we review the camera in a day and will probably give it back to you, so I just called got off the phone with someone I cannot believe how dishonest this place is And they said oh they said they found the owner and gave it back to the rightful person. Well let's say two weeks went by they said they're gonna look at the camera and how would you even see someone's face not only that how do you ever get their phone number in order to call them so bottom line is they rip me off $100 hundred dollars I can wipe my ass with but the bottom line is they were dishonest so much for weed establishments!!!!!! I've been coming to lytt as long as I've lived in Pacifica for about a year now and I've never had an issue however I went to lytt midday and the security guard was very rude when speaking to me. I honestly think he was having a bad day. I do like shopping at lytt for their killer deals but that interaction was very unnecessary and could have been avoided. I think the security guard should try and be more positive in the future. Sometimes when a customer mentions something to you it may be to help you or just to be nice, and is not intended to make you upset. Please be respectful. read more

I went here because out of all the dispensaries, this is the closest one to my house. I like how you can order online and then pick up in the store the same day! I ordered pods for my Pax pen, and it only took a few minutes to pay and pick up when I got to the store. They accept cash and credit card, but I suggest you pay with cash, because they charge an extra fee if you use card; there should be an ATM near the store. My first visit this past weekend. A super positive experience, from start to finish. You show ID, get checked in, a nice guy is doing that. Then you walk in, and someone approached me right away. Stephen, he asked how he could help. I told him what I wanted and he showed me the way. He asked a few questions and answered all of mine. Showed me all of my choices and helped me make an informed decision. Overall it was a great encounter and I am very happy with my purchases. The favorite highlights of my visit; Stephen was helpful, he was friendly, he was knowledgeable and most of all, he did not rush me. The atmosphere is chill, I will definitely return to re-stock.
