My husband and I were about to enter Lytt when I was stopped and asked to coordinate our purchases for "health and safety". I informed him that my husband had some individual questions and wanted to enter as did I. He again said we should coordinate and tell each other what we wanted to each other so that both of us would not need to enter. We both had face masks on. He didn't have a mask on. Other people in line didn't have masks and were about to enter. Insisting all customers wear masks would be safer for everyone's health and safety in my opinion. I was dismayed by this experience as we were technically together but making independent purchases. Of course we care about our, and their health and safety but it just felt like a snub and felt rude. Sure hope it wasn't because we were brown and black. Just weird. read more

ZERO STARS They talk a good game when you're trying to buy clones. I was told by a girl behind the counter who was ohhhhhh so helpful in the moment that if I had any issues at all with the clones to call her up and she would help me with replacement. I have five good looking plants and one that just died. I treated them all properly with love and still one failed. I called to ask about what strains they had and speak bout the issues with the one plant. The manager is a jerk. He was when I was there, he was helpful before my purchase and after he shut me down. So, I was told on the phone by some guy that they never ever replace or refund clones, completely opposite what I was told in person. I don't care if you have been having a bad day, but the bait and switch feeling I get from this place is just wrong. Go away. Far away from this shop. They dgaf about your experience and they lie directly to your face. I tried to make the most informed decisions and felt like I was getting some type of helpful guidance, but nope. As a frequent cannabis buyer this was by far my worst experience at a dispensary. It's a good vibe inside but the bud tenders NEED TRAINING was asked what I wanted to buy and as a new customer I was taking my time but was consistently rushed to make a decision. Eventually I was out of patience and needed to smoke so I decided on some pre rolls. I asked how much the price and Elizabeth told me it was 59$ I decided to buy and when I got to the register she informs me it is 88$ :| I asked how it went from 59-88 she informs tax but then she said it was actually 69 and she mis informed me:| Her body language told me she was annoyed and just wanted me to get out of there , didn't even offer to go get another product or if I was ok that the price was different. At this point I just want to smoke because she was pissing me off so I coughed up a 100 and she was supposed to give 12 change. she only gave me 2$ change common E !!! Ok, let me start with it's a nice space. They spent money on this. I do not like the prices. Very expensive, extremely expensive. If that's what you want, go for it but I'll never go back to to this place. It blows my mind. this whole thing has been blown way out of proportion. Plan better and buy more for less. Have been to this shop a couple times already and can say their selection is great! The staff are friendly and answered any questions I had. I bought a wax pen here and the cartridge was defective. It was leaking wax and wasn't hitting. I spent near 100$ on this pen, cartridge, charger, case. And they refused to replace the cartridge which I had just bought from them! This place is a rip off and they don't honor their products or costumers. read more
