Every time I've visited Millbrae Vape, I've been greeted with friendly and welcoming people. I have a friend that owns a vape shop in SF, but I still prefer this shop (shhh, don't tell him that!) I quit smoking cigarettes back in October of 2021, and definitely feel like vaping is not better than quitting all together, but it is definitely better than smoking big tobacco. This shop has fantastic customer service, and makes a point to learn you as a customer. Their high attention to detail means that they don't want you to leave with a defective product, and will immediately remedy it if it is. Super high marks in my book, and a huge shout out to everyone at Millbrae Vape! You guys are the absolute best, and I'll always be a customer! read more

I am telling you, my kind readers of the Vaping Community, if you like different flavors, exceptional customer service, and the ability to vape what you purchased and enjoy an atmos designed to make you feel at ease, this is the spot. Kyle is the Vape Representative that gave me some of his time. I purchased a product (which will not be named), and first thing I got after filling it with juice was leakage of the whole fluids chamber and disappointedly a cup holder that smelled good but was extra sticky. Kyle, said to bring in my T-Priv 3 Kit and he will look at it. His place is always busy, but he made me comfortable asked me if I would mind waiting. Put so politely, I did not mind at all. He helped three people in front of me in 20 mins. And that's only if I was actually counting the minutes, I was not, and my wait time actually felt like I did not have enough time to pull out my vape device. He helped me unscrew an over torqued device set up by "the guys," and he did not even bash them, instead recommended me to go to him. My kind of combination of service and humbleness. Sold me two delicious vape fluids which he personally recommended and did not even charge me for "taking a look," but let be honest, FIXING the other Vape Rep's mistake. Thanks Kyle, I will not make the same mistake twice, I will be back. read more

In a time where customer service is almost extinct, please read this review. Millbrae Vape is the "Nordstrom" of Vaping expertise and customer service. I had the unique pleasure of spending about 30 mins with Koko, and he is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and LOVES TO HELP his customers! He really enjoys helping folks out, he is so kind and polite, it's unbelievable! Great shop! Good selection of juice, mods, tanks. Friendly and informed staff. Had a great conversation with David and picked up a Falcon tank and another Crown IV with juice while visiting. My tank broke so I went to the closest vape shop and wasn't disappointed. Go there and ask for David. Great guy who knows his stuff! Thanks Millbrae Vape! read more

Loved this place, was my go to before moving out to the east coast where it's nearly impossible to get vape juice, especially delivered. They always carried my favorite BSX Series Fizzy Lemonade. Stocked up before moving but that only lasted me a couple months. Might have to go back and stock up on a years supply haha. The guys were always really nice and knowledgeable about alternative products to try when they had run out of something. read more

Had a situation of poor customer service with one of the employees. They have my number because I'm in their rewards system and the owner called me within an hour to rectify it. Thank you Koko. I appreciate your care for your customers. read more

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! Being from out of town, I learned finding flavored disposable vapes isn't easy in San Fran. Not only do they have a many amazing product choices but everyone I spoke with on the phone was so kind and helpful. They delivered to my hotel within one hour of hanging up the phone bc I had a flight to catch. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me, this type of customer service just doesn't exist anymore. Thank you to Koko and his guys for hooking it up. I will be a returning customer when I'm back in town. Also please tip your delivery person, they work hard and deserve it for providing such a convenient, luxury service. Thanks again guys!! read more

5 stars isn't enough. They are up there with my favorite sushi place and my psychiatrist at this point! Thank you for going way out of your way to stay open later, to make sure I had a vape so I didn't have to go back to smoking cigarettes around my kids or around anyone (yea, I dropped mine in water... ) my parents, my kids, my neighbors all thank you! read more

Hands down my favorite vape shop and place to hang out. I've been coming here for many years and will be a lifelong customer. Always top notch service from Dave, Kyle and Koko. They go above and beyond and I'm so thankful they found a way to stay open during the peak of the pandemic. They are knowledgeable and you can be sure you're in the most capable hands when you stop by there. From mods to a great selection of juices they've got you covered. I've purchased multiple mods from here and not one regret. Love you guys! A++ service. read more

Great juice selection but the service is hit or miss .. there's on employee who is amazing A1 service and then there's another guy there who always has a snooty attitude and it seems like when he rings me up everything cost a little more but I go back cause they sell the salt nics I like read more

I've been to this location 4 times and each time, Kyle was there to assist. He's a really laid back dude that has a lot of experience and just as important, he tells it how it is. If he hasn't tried a product, he will let me know he hasn't. If he loves a flavor, he will let me know about it and if he wasn't a huge fan of a flavor, he will be honest about that too. I trust his opinion and that's what keeps me coming back. Wide selection of high end products. They have a bunch of the premium vape juices, which are a bit pricey, but that's not their fault. You get what you pay for these days. They also have a wide range of moderately priced brands. I appreciate the selection and the store is a solid spot to shop for juice, accessories and also, to get the low down from Kyle so I can make a decision based on his experience. Overall, this is the only spot for me to shop. I've had plenty of headaches at other Vape Shops and it's a pleasure to shop at this location. The owner is a cool dude and he has been working really hard to lower the costs and make it more affordable for us. He's a business man too though, so I completely understand. This is the only place to shop for juice. read more

Forget the other vape stores, just come here-you won't regret it. From their customer service to their prices, this place stays lit. The people here know what they're talking about, vape and all, and I appreciate that they don't try to shove everything at you just to make money. Even if you have no clue about vaping, you can trust that they won't take advantage and will recommend the best product to fit your needs. The owner Koko is genuine, knowledgeable about his products, and knows how to take care of his customers. His workers definitely reflect that as well. Do the right thing. Come here. The results of overreaching, shortsighted, nanny state legislation in the poseur progressive capital of the world, finding a decent brick & mortar vape shop has become all but impossible. I happened to be by SFO and was running super low on juice when yelp pointed me to Milbrae Vape. Figured I'd grab 30ml to ride me over until my next vape mail arrived from the interwebs. Did I mention it was 10am and they were open for business? Hell yes! Kyle was running the show from a sofa in the foyer lounge and jumped up to help me out. I was running my back up atty and needed glass for my daily driver RTA, so I figured I'd ask what they had. They had a good selection of rebuildable hardware, but not what I was specifically looking for. After describing the dealbreaker atomizer feature that made any other build deck a fail for me, Kyle recommended a similar device but was unsure if it had that similar feature- so he cracked open the packaging of a brand new RTA to check. So cool. I told him to wrap it up and we went across the store to select a few juices. After I told Kyle the flavor profile I preferred he suggested two flavors he thought I'd be really into. The end result was a new top line RTA, that's better than the one I wanted to replace and a two great flavors of juice- one of which Is now in my all time top 3- for less than $100. Kyle also signed me up for their rewards program and I plan on giving this vape shop my business every time I'm in the area as I'm an advocate for supporting local B & Ms.. especially the ones with integrity. Excellent customer service, great selections of advanced gear, and a diverse selection of ejuice flavors is what you'll find if you stop by Milbrae Vapes. read more

Bought a mod from here and it broke after two weeks. Went back to the shop to see if they could do anything for me. They couldn't and the store owner proceeded to blame me for the issue even though I had done nothing to cause it. Terrible customer service. Stay away from this place they just want your money and offer no help at all. Not surprising at all that you don't remember. Just speaks more truth to this review. Thank you for helping prove my point. This owner is a joke and will do anything to make his business look good when in reality there isn't a worse place to shop. Yes it was your store I shopped at and it was terrible. If I could rate you lower then one star I would. read more

Came by to buy some vape juice and once again was greatly please with my visit. Owner remembered me by my name and was helpful throughout the whole process. The new Hawaiian flavor is super dope! Thanks Coco for the recommendation. There is a a sampling fee added to your final tab if you wish to try out flavors before dedicating to a purchase. New law that passed, not a random policy. At the end of the transaction Coco caught a small pricing error from the POS that ended up benefiting me. Honest, respectable, and consistently great. Everyone should head on over here. read more
