Went here today and was very pleased with the experience! My husband has been thinking about getting a vape, and we have looked at different places but this one was by far the best. Kyle was the best- explained everything and very good customer service. He is super friendly and just overall super easy going. Thank you Kyle! You rock!! read more

The owner is a super nice and personable guy who is willing to bend over backwards for his customers. This goes for his staff as well. All around great people and a great shop! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a Vape Shop! read more

All the wonderful reviews I read were proved accurate as soon as I walked into this fantastic vape shop. I'm traveling from Chicago and had an unfortunate incident of dropping my device in just the right way to crack the glass on my tank. It was a mess, but my real worry was being without my vape for the weekend! When I arrived at the store, I was immediately asked if I needed any help (um, yes please!) and then the owner also joined our little group to discuss my woes. I got wonderful recommendations on replacements and was vaping again within minutes. Anyone who loves to vape knows this was mission critical! The service and selection is amazing and I feel so fortunate to have found this gem when I needed it most. Thank you for everything, wonderful dudes! Can't wait to visit again during my next trip here. read more

I am a vape noob with little to no idea of what works under the tip. All I know is what I want to happen in my mod, and these guys provide the products and know-hows at a honest and competitive price. read more

The guys that run this shop are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'm trying to quit smoking and they set me up with a starter kit and let me test some great juices. A week later I had some trouble with my coil and I came in for some advice and they fixed it up just to my specifications of the way I like it. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They really help guide you through the process and care about your experience. I didn't catch all their names, but Koko and the rest of the team there are all great! Thank you! :) read more

I'm on vacation from LA, been Vaping for 3 years and my Aspire Atlantis tank cracked. I Looked up the closest shop and Millbrae Vape came up. The worker, Kyle, was helpful and good vibes. I fixed my problem with ease. The juice selection was pretty impressive because they carry my favorite go-to brand/flavor, OMG-WTF. Been on that single flavor for 3 years. read more

Just got my first vape yesterday. These guys were super friendly and helpful in showing me how to use it.

I've never vaped before so my comprehension for these peculiar little machines was very vague, but I was very happy and surprised on how nice and knowledgeable the staff at this establishment was. Not only did I feel welcome and comfortable but they patiently took their time in addressing any questions that I had, whether they be concerns or just plain curiosity. I ended up being there for about forty five minutes or so and my understanding and new education with vaping was night and day. The plethora of questions I had before entering Milbrae Vape were certainly answered and I left not having any doubts about the item I had purchased. Even though my little detour of curiosity led me to purchasing my very first vape, I probabaly won't make it a habit of becoming a regular consumer, but with that said I am sure glad I decided to just take a chance at something new. This decision led me to Milbrae Vape and it was one of those rare occasions where there was literally nothing to complain about as a first time costumer. The experience was pleasant, the store had a warm welcoming feeling, but the workers were a complete joy. Therefore I had to take the time and write something well deserved. :) read more

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good prices aswell. They conveniently have a second location in San Mateo. What I like the most is that when I decided to upgrade my vape to a different set up they took the time to show me how to put it together and the do's and dont's. Basically, they won't just sell you something and usher you out. They make sure you are comfortable using the device. They treat people like patrons, not customers. read more

I had a great experience at this store. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of the newest tech and juices. I recommend Milbrae Vape to anyone who wants to quit smoking. read more

The guy running the place (not sure if he's the owner or not) fixed my RDA and when I asked how much he's owed; I'm told not to worry about it. The place has a pretty good variety of juices. I saw the inventory stocked up with sub-ohm atomizers, spare coils, mods, and anything you can think of in a vapor heaven. It makes me so glad to know that capitalism is alive and well. I'll definitely be back here for all my vaping needs. read more

One of the greatest businesses i dealt with in person. they follow the low very strictly and at the same time satisfy their customers to the max. Coko and David are 2 guys where they make u feel like a family member more than a customer. Highly recommended! read more

I got 1st time customer discounts:) nice selection... nice service... informative and I will be back to purchase. thanks! see you all soon. when tardy Kyle did arrive... (haha) his first words were pleasant. "good morning, how are you today? i'M sorry I ran late... is there anything I can do for you." greeting proved he too values the store and service offered here. ratings don't lie. get in and shop your vape needs! tell them Jay sent you. earn me a discount:) read more

Went to this place because it had great yelp reviews -- was looking to buy a vape set up and multiple juices. Sat in here for 15 minutes while the guy behind the counter helped someone else -- but he never even acknowledged that we were there waiting. This place doesn't have a lot of choices when it comes to a full vape set up and it looks like it's owned by a frat boy -- trash/boxes everywhere and dust on everything. Ew. Left without spending a dollar. read more

This place is DOPE! This is the second time I have been into Millbrae Vape, and my experience both times were awesome. The first time I went in was just to buy some juice, but today I got a whole new setup. When I walked in the store this morning I was immediately greeted by Kyle and he was totally friendly. I am fairly new to vaping and I have in the past experienced stuck up Mr.Knowitalls in specialty stores like this that hate helping people like me, that don't know much about anything. Fortunately when you go to Millbrae Vape and are assisted with someone like Kyle you will walk out of there with more than what you paid for, you leave with a little knowledge. I felt like Kyle gave me an education today, and I learned things I was clueless about, even after hours of research online. If you are new to vaping or experienced I would highly recommend Millbrae Vape. I did not catch the name of the guy who helped me the first time I went in, but he was also totally cool and helpful. I picked up an awesome new setup and couldn't be happier with my purchase and the customer service I got from Kyle. Thanks! read more

I love this spot. Kyle really is knowledgable about all the produckts. Everytime I think I break something on my mod and need damage control, I walk in and hand it to him and he does something and 5 seconds later he fixes it and saves me. Competitive prices and fun place to go. Right on you guys keep it up. read more

Millbrae Vape is by far the best vape shop I have ever been to! I live in Antioch so there's no a lot of vape shops out my way, but every time I visit my sisters I stop by here. David is the man, always in the best spirits and knows his juices! Everyone else there is also great and friendly. Not only a great staff but the juice selection is phenomenal, they have just about every brand and flavor you can think of. My favorite deal they have is 3 15mL bottles for $33. They have just about every single thing you need to start vaping! Definitely recommend this vape shop, if you're in millbrae, San Bruno, Burlingame area come stop by! read more

Super legit! I was visiting Cali and lost my vape setup so I came to this shop to get a new mod and tank, staff was helpful and they had nice deals on juice going on too. Competitive prices -- spent about $160 for a new mod, tank, and 3 bottles of juice. Would recommend this spot to anyone in the area looking for a regular vape store!! read more

Please shop here!!!! The owner is super friendly and a local guy. Great shop, super clean, best selection of juice on the peninsula. The staff is super nice and helpful even if you are a complete beginner. They are always willing to help and all super friendly, knowledgeable guys.
