All the wonderful reviews I read were proved accurate as soon as I walked into this fantastic vape shop. I'm traveling from Chicago and had an unfortunate incident of dropping my device in just the right way to crack the glass on my tank. It was a mess, but my real worry was being without my vape for the weekend! When I arrived at the store, I was immediately asked if I needed any help (um, yes please!) and then the owner also joined our little group to discuss my woes. The guys that run this shop are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'm trying to quit smoking and they set me up with a starter kit and let me test some great juices. A week later I had some trouble with my coil and I came in for some advice and they fixed it up just to my specifications of the way I like it. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I've never vaped before so my comprehension for these peculiar little machines was very vague, but I was very happy and surprised on how nice and knowledgeable the staff at this establishment was. Not only did I feel welcome and comfortable but they patiently took their time in addressing any questions that I had, whether they be concerns or just plain curiosity. I ended up being there for about forty five minutes or so and my understanding and new education with vaping was night and day. The plethora of questions I had before entering Milbrae Vape were certainly answered and I left not having any doubts about the item I had purchased. Even though my little detour of curiosity led me to purchasing my very first vape, I probabaly won't make it a habit of becoming a regular consumer, but with that said I am sure glad I decided to just take a chance at something new. This decision led me to Milbrae Vape and it was one of those rare occasions where there was literally nothing to complain about as a first time costumer. What I like the most is that when I decided to upgrade my vape to a different set up they took the time to show me how to put it together and the do's and dont's. Went to this place because it had great yelp reviews -- was looking to buy a vape set up and multiple juices. Sat in here for 15 minutes while the guy behind the counter helped someone else -- but he never even acknowledged that we were there waiting. This place doesn't have a lot of choices when it comes to a full vape set up and it looks like it's owned by a frat boy -- trash/boxes everywhere and dust on everything. Ew. The guy running the place (not sure if he's the owner or not) fixed my RDA and when I asked how much he's owed; I'm told not to worry about it. The place has a pretty good variety of juices. I saw the inventory stocked up with sub-ohm atomizers, spare coils, mods, and anything you can think of in a vapor heaven. It makes me so glad to know that capitalism is alive and well. Since my last update. The prices have dropped dramatically for juice. Currently you can get a 60 ml for $24. The mods and tanks are priced really well compared to other local shops. This has been my go to place for awhile now. read more

This place is DOPE! This is the second time I have been into Millbrae Vape, and my experience both times were awesome. The first time I went in was just to buy some juice, but today I got a whole new setup. When I walked in the store this morning I was immediately greeted by Kyle and he was totally friendly. I am fairly new to vaping and I have in the past experienced stuck up Mr.Knowitalls in specialty stores like this that hate helping people like me, that don't know much about anything. Fortunately when you go to Millbrae Vape and are assisted with someone like Kyle you will walk out of there with more than what you paid for, you leave with a little knowledge. I felt like Kyle gave me an education today, and I learned things I was clueless about, even after hours of research online. Millbrae Vape is by far the best vape shop I have ever been to! I live in Antioch so there's no a lot of vape shops out my way, but every time I visit my sisters I stop by here. David is the man, always in the best spirits and knows his juices! Everyone else there is also great and friendly.
