I quit smoking cigarettes back in October of 2021, and definitely feel like vaping is not better than quitting all together, but it is definitely better than smoking big tobacco. This shop has fantastic customer service, and makes a point to learn you as a customer. Their high attention to detail means that they don't want you to leave with a defective product, and will immediately remedy it if it is. Super high marks in my book, and a huge shout out to everyone at Millbrae Vape! You guys are the absolute best, and I'll always be a customer!

Kyle is the Vape Representative that gave me some of his time. I purchased a product (which will not be named), and first thing I got after filling it with juice was leakage of the whole fluids chamber and disappointedly a cup holder that smelled good but was extra sticky. Kyle, said to bring in my T-Priv 3 Kit and he will look at it. His place is always busy, but he made me comfortable asked me if I would mind waiting. Put so politely, I did not mind at all. He helped three people in front of me in 20 mins. And that's only if I was actually counting the minutes, I was not, and my wait time actually felt like I did not have enough time to pull out my vape device. He helped me unscrew an over torqued device set up by "the guys," and he did not even bash them, instead recommended me to go to him. My kind of combination of service and humbleness. Sold me two delicious vape fluids which he personally recommended and did not even charge me for "taking a look," but let be honest, FIXING the other Vape Rep's mistake. Thanks Kyle, I will not make the same mistake twice, I will be back.

We happened to have lunch a few doors over at our rotational spot. As we were boarding our car, I noticed this store and, out of curiosity, asked for their pricing. I was surprised to learn that it was either about the same or even a little less expensive. Perhaps there is a higher tobacco tax in San Francisco. I decided to buy them here and save a side trip after finishing my errands. I am more likely to buy a drink from their soda and drinks in their refrigerators to the right than getting tobacco products for myself. I'm glad that I stopped here and will compare the price with the place in the City next time I'm asked. The Asian couple who helped me were friendly and helpful.
