I had to come and update this review to add another star making it 5 stars! They have since acquired a new armed guard who is very receptive with surroundings. He maintains order and gives off a scary vibe like "don't fuck with me or this place" vibe. This makes me feel safe and protected. There is another gentleman who is so knowledgeable I can pick his brain for days...wish I remembered his name but he's so dope. The thing that was a little off for me were some of their prices. Seems a little steep but overall the service was good. So I love the selection by who ever is running this place need to be more involved. I have been a local customer for years now and this is the second time I ordered delivery and they just don't contact you with issues. I have now been waiting almost 4 hours for my stuff and they don't call, I call and no answer. This is terrible customer service. I guess I will just go in from now on. This is the same awesome crew who ran SureFyre. Lytt is even better. I am a home grower, but my stash is in Southern California. I am up in the Bay Area getting my condo ready for sale. I ended up being here longer than expected, and some goblins ended up gobbling my home grown on Halloween, so I had to buy some. I was delighted to see that Lytt was operational, and headed over... I checked in and got a coupon for 10% off my first purchase, which took the sting out of the oppressive taxes (most goes to the wealthy, regardless of what politicians claim). I have to admit, after checking in, the process is a bit chaotic. I think they would do well with a number system, like a butcher shop. But it worked out OK. A bud tender politely asked if I had been helped and assisted me with my purchase. I told him I do a lot of CBD (a cone of 24% CBD flower in the am/early afternoon) so I need a potent indica strain to knock me out. He first directed me to a pricy jarred cannabis, which is ideal for the job. I was looking for something a bit more plentiful and affordable, like one of the pre-packaged ounces from Pacific Stone. He recommended the 805 Glue. It's grrrrrreat! I fell asleep on the sofa at 9pm and ended up sleeping 10 hours. It was $172 out the door, but that's with a 10% discount. Next time will be a little more. But, you know, back in the prop 215 days, an ounce of flower like this would easily cost $250 or more. Taxes need to be lower. That's not Lytt's fault and I'm sure they'd love lower taxes too -- people would spend more on weed, not redistributing taxes to the wealthy... Yeah, they drink your milkshake. Overall, I was pleased with my experience. I love that the store windows are transparent and they can post signage about the business. The old prop 215 experience made me feel like a degenerate. This experience was amazing -- like going to a butcher shop or bakery. I think a number queue would be less chaotic, but I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Super friendly staff, totally know their shit. If you talk about amber vs. clear trichomes, they get it. If I didn't grow my own, I'd be a regular, fo' sho'. I come here often and get my usual sativa Durban Poison. The person helping me was an unfamiliar staff, rushing, and asking if that was it while walking to the register. I wanted to check out some other flower since it's the holidays. So I told her I'm not ready and asked for any recommendations on sativa flower. She wasn't much help so I asked for something else that I usually get and went to meet her at her register to check out. Once we get to the register... She says, and I quote, "I hate Durban Poison." I asked why and told her she's alone in that boat. Most people like the strain. She said she tried it once and it gave her a headache. Has never tried it since. I get that. I'm not in customer service but I am in public service and I think it's best practice to not "yuck" someone's "yum". Especially if it's obviously her own one-off experience and not a tell of the actual strain and its effects. I received it like it was a passive aggressive dig because of who I am, how I look, and the number of questions I had about the flower, but from what I'm seeing in other reviews, maybe it was just my day to interact with a woman with attitude. I've had some good experiences here, and some not so great. Idk the reason for those bad experiences, but today I had to leave a review. I was literally the only customer waiting for assistance, with 3-4 employees chatting behind the counter. After I made it painfully obvious, a woman with a headband finally came out to ask what I wanted. Why was the only Black person in the building waiting for about 5-10 minutes for someone to help? Why should any customer wait at all if there's more employees in the building than there are customers? Right after I was helped, more customers came in and got helped right away! But I politely explained to the headbanded woman that I will not tip today based on service. I usually tip generously, because I'M PROUD TO PAY FOR GOOD SERVICE! I know the owner wouldn't appreciate her employees mistreating anyone for any reason! Smh read more

Ordered for Delivery at 1pm didn't receive any kind of confirmation, so at 4pm (three hrs later) decided to call to confirm they received my order and was told it would be another hour and a half before they leave and I was seconds on the list... I live 4 miles away but they are catering to customers that are 20+ miles away first. Its now 5:23 and Im still waiting for my order and a still haven't received a confirmation that they are on the way. They do have a very good selection and prices, but where they really shine is customer service. They really need to have them better trained with knowledge on flower, edibles and concentrates. However, there is a difference between good and exceptional and every employee at Lytt was very friendly but "Lexi" took customer service to another level. She noticed I was having trouble making a decision about which CBD drink to purchase and came out from behind the counter and asked what I was looking for. When I informed her of what I was seeking she made a recommendation that couldn't have worked better. I was experiencing a headache and the product she recommended alleviated my headache within 15 minutes of consuming it. What a joke Lytt's Covid protection protocols are. When I asked the Security Guard why he's not wearing a mask, he told me "how am I able to catch thieves when a mask fogs up my glasses!!" Really! There is no social distancing inside. The "bud tenders" masks are always falling down off their face. I've never seen them disinfect the ATM machine, the cashier tablets or counters. The employees don't sanitize their hands after touching product or upon completing a transaction. Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else. When I came back the second cartridge that was given to me seemed used, because it was so sticky from the touch! Do yourself a favor and have no hassle and go elsewhere! One employee was not wearing a mask at all, walking behind the counter and talking to other employees. The budtender that helped me and another employee their masks over their mouth, but their noses were sticking out. This made me feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. Due to this negligence I will not be returning. This business needs to realize that masks only work if everyone is wearing them when inside an enclosed space. Over 177,000 Americans are dead and these employees dont seem to care about their customers at all. Also, the tree is overpriced :| and all prices are pre-tax... Credit Cards accepted here, however, there is a charge on top of your regular charges for using a credit card. They have an ATM machine inside in case you're short on cash. MASK required!!! I had a good experience coming to this dispensary. It was not crowded, people were practicing social distancing and the employees all wore masks.
