You can absolutely taste the difference. The pastry I had was incredibly moist, flavorful, and fresh and not dry at all like you often find at coffee shops (like the Coop) The gentleman working the register was also fantastic. I wasn't familiar with all of the baked goods, and he took the time to walk me through the options and explain what everything was without making me feel rushed.
