Their dairy section always seems hit or miss- and it's been a miss a lot lately. Something is wrong with their ordering. There is no consistency. Another issue is with their rotisserie chickens. Most of the time they are all burnt. We've asked multiple people in the front of the store at checkout and honestly, most of them don't even know they sell chickens. It's really odd how people working in such a small store have no idea what's going on in the back of the store. And obviously no one working there seems to notice nor care that the chickens are all burnt. I don't understand how no one working there says anything. I mean, it looks a bit strange to be selling burnt chicken, no? In addition there is no consistency in the sizes of their rotisserie chicken. They used to be like 3- 3.5 lbs each. Now they're often 2 lbs and under and they're the same price. If there's going to be such a discrepancy in weight, they should be sold by the pound. Getting back to ordering, I'm not 100% sure but it seems like one of their freezers malfunctioned because they had it empty for a few days. Then all of a sudden all the ice cream that they put back in the freezer looked like it had previously melted and instead of throwing the sticky melted messy ice cream out, they just put it back for sale. I was going to buy some but I could tell that the cartons didn't look right. That is not okay. It should be counted as waste and restocked with fresh product. I don't think Tillamook would appreciate them selling their product that's obviously not up to standards. Regarding their soup bar, I have noticed in the evening, before even the local jui jitsu gym lets out next door, they are often out of multiple soups. I'm talking at like 530pm. The hot bar is often similar. Why is this not being restocked for dinner? Lastly, I just want to reiterate that although the cashiers are usually very friendly, they really should know what's going on in the back of the store. I mean, when we ask them about the soups, they should at least know that soup is sold there. They should know if they cook the chickens in- house and/ or who to speak to regarding the fresh food. So I suggest maybe giving them a tour when they're hired and telling them some things so that when they're the only ones customers have the opportunity to speak to, they have some knowledge of what's being sold. She repeatedly stated that I had not paid and walked toward another register saying this out loud. I found the entire experience humiliating, especially while my already-paid items were being held onto by her. I was ultimately charged twice for the transactions. Shelia told me the charges would fall off my cards and advised me to return the following week if they did not. I later returned to the store to resolve the issue. I asked to speak with a manager, but after waiting nearly 10 minutes, I was not assisted. I subsequently contacted Walmart Corporate to report my experience, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. Unfortunately, the issue happened again. Last Tuesday morning, an employee named Leticia was checking receipts at the east entrance/exit. She stated that I had not paid for my paper towels. I told her I had paid and willingly showed my receipt. To leave the store, I ended up paying for the paper towels a second time. Please check your receipts and your bank/card transactions before leaving the store. My experience resulted in me paying for the same item twice, and I have screenshots of the receipts showing the duplicate purchase. I hope Walmart will take these concerns seriously and review its checkout and receipt-verification procedures so other customers do not experience what I experienced.

Our pick up time wasn't upheld. Not only that, they hadn't yet started gathering our items. Another time, we were lied to about our online order - whether they actually received it or not - then about whether they had employees available, etc. We set pickup time for 6pm but physically picked it up around 8:30pm. I was promised a follow-up from the local manager by the online customer service rep but never received it. The online deals are hard to beat so we won't stop altogether but we may try alternatives before shopping here.
