I did end up buying a bunch of items and ordered a fruit bowl from the stand inside. There was a bit of miscommunication about how to order. The person in the booth told me to order with the cashier. When I got to the cashier, she asked if I had already placed the order. I explained that the person at the booth directed me to her so I could order and pay. Meanwhile, another customer received their item and paid at the front, so it was a little confusing. I rushed through the store so I could get the fruit bowl started. I ordered the small #3 fruit bowl, but unfortunately most of the fruit in my bowl wasn't very sweet. On the positive side, the produce section was well stocked and prices seemed competitive. She smiled at everyone, gave kind and courteous service to each and every person. My mind said simply AMAZING... its 1 am and I have insomnia and am restless but I am very alert and saw her professionalism and unique talent, not to mention she is beautiful, and through her talent aline I could see into her heart. It was just last night so Id appreciate if you sought her out, sat her down and give recognition as talent like that can only be praised from a person such as myself. I was able to walk right in and they had so many sales on merchandise and apparel that I was excited. I really appreciated that they had so many varieties and selections of Independence Day bathing suits. This visit was great because I found a couple of new items in the apparel area that the other Walmarts did not have yet. Yay! Great store with great items. The downside is that they did not have enough cashiers for the customers that were there. I literally saw about 20 workers just walking around the store. And then they only had self checkouts open, which was weird. With this many customers, you should definitely have enough cashiers to check them out. The self checkouts were way backed up and I think the line went about 22 people for each self checkout area.

However, the quality of their customer service has been inconsistent - from downright horrible to great. My first time picking up an order went as smooth as silk. The next few times were ridiculous. Our pick up time wasn't upheld. Not only that, they hadn't yet started gathering our items. Another time, we were lied to about our online order - whether they actually received it or not - then about whether they had employees available, etc. We set pickup time for 6pm but physically picked it up around 8:30pm. I was promised a follow-up from the local manager by the online customer service rep but never received it. The online deals are hard to beat so we won't stop altogether but we may try alternatives before shopping here.
