Meanwhile, another customer received their item and paid at the front, so it was a little confusing. I rushed through the store so I could get the fruit bowl started. I mean, I would say not quite the size of my forearm but might as well have been. As we all tore into our food, the table of loud discussion dropped to a silence as we all enjoyed our food. In this community there's PLENTY of grocery stores, I've visited them all --and NONE has more courteous Senior workers like Walmart SuperCenter/Eastlake-- and to them, Kudos! Our pick up time wasn't upheld. Not only that, they hadn't yet started gathering our items. Another time, we were lied to about our online order - whether they actually received it or not - then about whether they had employees available, etc. We set pickup time for 6pm but physically picked it up around 8:30pm. I was promised a follow-up from the local manager by the online customer service rep but never received it. The online deals are hard to beat so we won't stop altogether but we may try alternatives before shopping here.
