Unfortunately, the customer service was not what I expected. Specifically, I felt Avery was annoyed to even have to help me or my sisters. We ended up by-passing her for any questions or assistance. Brittani was a complete 180° from Avery's bored/annoyed demeanor. Thankfully, her cheerful attitude saved our visit. 3 stars because I absolutely will not be back to the store. I'll stick with online shopping.

Thanks to my handy dandy Entertainment Book and Entertaiment App that my dad gave me as a gift last year, I saved an additional $20.00 off the already incredible everyday BOGO deal! I bought a 4 pairs of shoes; Converse, Adidas, Keds, and Sketchers, plus some socks; for under $150.00. They have a great selection of shoes for the entire family. The sales people are very nice; helpful when you need them and busy when you don't. I will be visiting this shopping center more often. I really didn't "need" anything so I lucked out when I found a few of my "favorite things". Nest candle? Yes please! L'Occitane shower gel? Get in my basket! Some sparkly hair accessories? So this was disappointing. I did see some All Saints but it was just a ratty old looking boring black top in xxs. The shoes had a better selection, but nothing I had to have for the price. Overall, I've never found any great clothing items, but accessories, homeware and men's dress shoes are about the only things I buy here. Buyyyyyyy bye!

First off, I needed to have by tennis and racquet ball rackets re-wrapped and the staff was more than happy to assist me with this. It addition to this, they had a really good selection of fishing equipment to choose from which is always a plus for me! Dicks also had a good selection of darts, flights, boards and accessories for me and my wife to choose from. They also had a giant selection of Pickleball paddles and accessories along with a couple of staff members who are very well acquainted with the sport and able to provide some great advice in choosing a set of paddles. Because I got the exact thing I needed here…read more --- --- --- I've been suffering from achilles tendinosis for a while now and have been searching for some shoes that would allow me to go on my daily walks without being in pain with every step I take. The last time I was on the hunt for new shoes, I went to Fleet Feet, and no offense to the younger generation, but I had a teenager waiting on me, and what I was really in need of was a grizzled veteran who knows what life is like for our tendons on the other side of 40. I didn't even know Bluebonnet existed until a good ol' AI search put them on my radar, so I opted to stop in. My plan was to go to Fleet Feet next if Bluebonnet didn't have what I needed, but a stop at Fleet Feet was not needed on this day. I walked in and within 10 seconds, I was greeted by the owner, and after another 10 seconds, I knew I was talking to someone who had all the knowledge I was seeking. He knew the model of the shoes I was wearing and assessed my stride. He told me he cannot go in pubic without evaluating the gait of everyone he sees and diagnosing their improper shoes for their particular issues. This is the shoe sherpa I was seeking. He recommended the Brooks Ghost, along with some insoles. While a shoe is not going to magically heal a damaged tendon, it certainly is making my walks more manageable. I'm definitely stopping in here every time I need new shoes from now on.
