I called today to find out about repaired and not only is it out of warranty, but it can't be resold. I was sold a pair of shoes that cannot be resoled. He was more than happy to offer me $30 off of my next pair of shoes. However since my last pair of $40 Walmart shoes lasted me longer than this pair of shoes, unless somebody calls me to make this better I will never be visiting the store again and will tell all my friends that they should not be buying these shoes because the company won't back you up. I had such high expectations rom my red wing shoes. Very very disappointed. Until they split they were the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned.
