I was there each day til 8:00 p.m. and when Jeff was finished fixing my computer he brought it to me at the hospital which I thought was amazing. And he didn't charge me extra for bringing it to me. I paid him an extra $10 dollars for doing that and it was worth every penny. There just isn't many stores like this around anymore....if I could give 10 stars I would have. P.S. I waited two more days and called again, still no response. I called for three days in a row with the same result. I finally went to the shop and found Moe's assistant hard at work playing a video game. I asked for my computer and he told me that they did not start the repair. He explained that they were very busy. As a small business owner, I was virtually shut down without my computer in service. I finally left Moe yet another voicemail on 1/12/2012 asking if he was still in business, and if he was, why he showed no concern for his customers. He then returned my call, yelling at me that I was rude, and that my computer was going to be fixed "when he got to it". I finally got my computer back on 1/19/2012. Upon going to work on it, I discovered that many of my business applications had been deleted. I immediately called Moe and he told me that he could come out to fix my computer FOR A $200. FEE. I agreed to the extortion and he showed up promptly and repaired HIS damage. He explained that he had also installed ESET Smart Security, an anti-virus subscription service program, on 1/18/2012, and it was good for a year, and then would have to be renewed. On 9/16/2012, I started receiving emessages from ESET saying that my subscription was expiring on 10/1/2012. I called Moe's and received the same non-response as before. When I finally did get through to Moe, he told me that he installed a free trial version on the service. This was the first I had heard this. I was billed for the "free" trial. I knew Moe was a terrible businessman, but I had not suspected that he was a ripoff artist, too. DO NOT USE MOE'S COMPUTERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

I sold them a MacBook Pro months ago, resetting it to factory settings in their presence. They inspected and accepted it as is but failed to check for an MDM profile, which I was unaware of. Despite their supposed expertise, Terenzio falsely accused me of selling a "stolen" device (I've had this device that I purchased for over 5 years) and demanded a $100 refund, claiming I misrepresented the device. His harassing calls and texts, including one on June 12, 2025, calling me a "lowlife" who "peddles stolen computers" and threatening court, were baseless and aggressive. Using a scanned copy of my ID as a threatening tactic over a legally invalid claim is desperate and absurd. He then had the audacity to say, "giving you 72 hours to come down with $100" and then I'll see you in court". Torching a business relationship over a mere $100 with such incompetent, hostile & extortive behavior is beyond foolish. Avoid Evolve Computer for their unethical and clueless practices.

I first brought the phone to UBREAKIFIX in Shelton who told me all efforts was not successful. I took a chance to seek someone else and I am SO grateful!!! Jacob mentioned he has over 35 years experience and his work is proof of that. HIGHLY recommend... I am now seeing a negative review on Yelp and am upset that someone felt that they had this experience with him because I am blown away with nothing bad to say.
