TLDR: Pretty flowers, but expensive and SUBPAR service…read more I never had experience here purchasing flowers online, but have purchased many times in person. Elena has some employees working here and there, but it is mostly Elena working in the shop. I have mixed feelings about this place. It is the only flower shop in the area, but is definitely on the expensive side. Every flower you pick for a bouquet is going to be at least $3.50 each. Additionally, Elena can either be very kind or extremely rude depending on the day. I went in to purchase some flowers yesterday, and saw her shoo out a young couple for asking what the name of some flowers was. She claimed that "this is a flower shop, not a museum exhibit" and told them to leave if they were going to ask her a bunch of question and not purchase anything. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but I don't think Elena should be situated here if she doesn't like people coming in and browsing.

Once my order got to the venue and I seen the flowers. It was not at all what I asked for my colors were plum champagne and black. She gave me pink and brown flowers, when I went to email her and talk to her about it. She told me that the flowers I wanted was not in season, but never told me that before I made my order she just took my money. I was not able to use my bouquet or any of what she made. My best friend had to run to her house to get her bouquet for me to use! Now that I am asking for a refund my calls are not going through. She's not responding to my emails and when I did reach her, she told me she didn't have funds available to refund. I will not recommend anyone to use this lady as she is a fraud and she will take your money and put together any arrangement she wants. All brides stay clear of this lady because all she care about is taking your money!!!!!
