I paid my bills direct deposit so I called and canceled my service and thought I was settling up with the representative. I received no bills. I received a bill from a collection agency on behalf of ADT for $10. I can not believe they turned me over to a collection agency for $10 they did not even notify me that i owed it or take it out like they did my bills or direct deposit. The girl told me I was all good and I believed her. I would have paid the money but to mess with my credit is not acceptable. I have reported them to the BBB and I will warn everyone I can don't use this company because when you are out of contact and go to get out what happened to you.
