He came to my house, I showed him what I need to get done, and even discussed future projects. I thought what a super nice guy and I stated that I want to support the small businessman since my dad was one. After an agreed price for an eight hour we set a date for 8 AM through 4 PM. 8 AM comes and goes. 9 AM come and goes. 10 AM comes and goes and I finally text him. One half an hour later at 10:30 he text that he's sorry he forgot that he has a funeral and he is booked for the rest of the week is but he's going to TRY to schedule me for the next week. (This is already 2 weeks from our first meeting!) I understood and gave him and his family my condolences along with my thoughts and prayers. He said thank you and then the week passes by. So I send him a text the following Monday and I have yet to hear from him. Not only he was a no call no show, I cleared out the room he is to be working. For over 3 weeks I have my things stacked. A no call no show TWICE! Absolutely no professional work ethic AND you're new starting out a business on your own. I'm sure you wouldn't want your family treated like that, just to be left hanging like that. Everybody....don't get fooled like I did!!

Avoid like the plague. They charge hourly for resources to come out, take 15-20-minute smoke breaks…read moreafter every 20-25 minutes of work. Additionally, the individuals sent will, while still on the clock, spend time googling how to complete work that they confirmed they could complete and then sit around chatting with each other about things unrelated to the work that needs to be completed. The workers also left holes in my walls, left patched drywall that unpainted, and performed work that needed to be repaired again a few days after they left. Also, don't attempt to call them to discuss the issue. They are rude, unhelpful people who take pride in their horrible customer service and support they provide. When you call to complain about the unethical time charging practices and the fact that you are paying for work that's not being done, they will tell you that nothing can be done to remedy the issue and accuse you of looking for them to come complete work for free. Find an actually reputable company to work with instead of wasting your time with these people. They are clearly out to milk as much money from you as possible and then make no attempt to rectify any issues you may have following the "completion" of their work.
