Recently, I found myself in a bit of a panic -- we had just gotten new cell phones, were locked out of our system, and were leaving for vacation the next day. I called the office for help troubleshooting, and Keith returned my call immediately. He explained that my issue would typically require a service call, but since we were about to leave town, he went above and beyond. Keith offered to FaceTime me and personally walked me through reinstalling the mobile app and re-uploading my account. Throughout the entire process, Keith was calm, reassuring, and professional. Our 1st experience with this company started with one of the owners personally coming out to the…read morehouse...the day after we called to inquire about it. He listened to what we were looking for and took some measurements, climbed around in the attic and told us he'd be in touch with us soon. A few days later he emailed a proposal of equipment and costs, sticker shock!!! We let him know we hadn't planned on spending so much on this system so he went back to the drawing board and got it more in the ballpark. The crew arrived on time and went to work. We had a strict timeline due to guests coming over that night and they met it! Everything turned out great. The guests enjoyed it too! The sound is awesome...I didn't know what I was missing until now. The guys finished up in the nick of time, literally we finished mopping as the first guest walked up. The crew was very professional, friendly and handled any obstacle with ease. We have been thoroughly satisfied with the whole process from the prompt reply to our initial request for a quote all the way to the guys working hard to meet our time limit. Totally happy!
