We purchased our house…read more2 years ago with the original AC systems and began having trouble just as this past summer was ending. We contacted them and Ivey's tech came out the following morning, thought he had diagnosed the problem, which was a leak in the coolant and rusted, ruptured coil. Unfortunately the initial fix did not hold and, 2 days later another one of their techs arrived. He found the problem, repaired the damage and we were not charged for either the second call or the fix (which was pricey.) Great, prompt response, they stand behind their service and treat the customer with respect and understanding. We will be calling them again whenever our heating and AC starts to act up. Their tech, Chad, did a great job and is the person to request.

There was an issue with how the system was functioning after it was installed and Alex and his guys stayed with it until it was completely right. They will be the only AC guys we call from now on. This was the best and prompt electrical service I have ever experienced. Ryan and Brandon arrived…read more15 minutes early and informed me ahead of time they were on the way. I thought a lightning strike took out my pool lights around the pool and circuit box to the exterior shed. Fortunately, it was a shortage in a wire and tripped circuit breaker. Ryan showed me the wires were fried and took me step by step to ensure I understood the problems. I highly recommend Tuck Air for "electrical" problems to troubleshoot. Ryan suggested to further protect my wires by putting water proof circuit boxes around the toggles. I was hesitant at first when I knew the business is marketed in AC (HVAC) work. Yelp recommended Tuck Air and electrical is part of their business venture. In approximately one hour, the job was completed with repair and I even received a 10% military discount. I am completely satisfied with the quality of work ethics and definitely the amount paid. Tuck Air is saved in my contacts for any future planned/unplanned electrical events.

This company wired our house and set up our whole home generator. We have dealt with them for over…read more5 years and watched their service go down and their prices go up. Three weeks ago we asked them to come out to fix our generator. They could not come right away so made an appointment for the following week. On the day of the appointment they did not come, nor did they call. We had to call them. We called and they could not come out the next day so we scheduled for the next week. Being proactive, we called them on the day they were to come out, and they said once again they would not be able to come out for that appointment. When they finally came, they charged more than they said they would charge for the trouble shoot, $280. They were to get the price of the parts they needed to fix it and call us. They did not call us, we had to call them. They said that we would have to pay for the parts he thought would be needed even if it turned out they were not needed. They charge an hours worth of labor for every drive out to the house. They are undependable in their scheduling and with what they say it will cost for a troubleshoot.

In the plumber's defense, the tenants had not maintained the yard well and the meter... tho obvious to me as I had lived there, wasn't obvious to him. He did find it and continued the work. After the install.. all seemed to be going well. The old water heater was on a crummy, rotting piece of wood and they stuck the new one on top of it. I called to their business three different times on three different days and did get a callback eventually. They have agreed to come out and make things right, which makes me a happier customer. I was concerned, initially, about service after the sale but they have come through to make things good. The communications problem did give me pause but it happens. I have actually contracted with them to do another job for me.

Much to my surprise the owner of the company answered the phone! He listened and arranged to be at my home the next day. He and his workers were on time (!), clean and assessed our issues. He was under the house and in the attic. Once his assessment was complete he showed us videos of areas of concern that we could not see. He is honest, compassionate, fair and complete. He maintains open communication, is fair and prioritized work that needed asap attention vs items that could be done at a later time. There were no surprises. His work ethic is far beyond what we have found available in southern MS with all workers- not just plumbers. We have lived all over the US as Navy sailors. The Rooter Wizard maintains the highest quality work ethic we have experienced. We will not call another plumber- if you are thinking of calling a plumber, call the Rooter Wizard and your plumbing problems will be taken care of and you will know it was done correctly!
