I signed up for Fosters maintenance plan and had their guy come out to do an inspection on my equipment etc. etc. I cannot tell you how comfortable I felt with him saying "we don't need to clean your vents because they're clean," and then he told me everything that was right about my equipment and air handling, etc. I'm just so impressed that he did not sell me vent cleaning, and I wanted it, and he said you don't need it. That's an honest person, and I believe an honest company hires honest people. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Shout out to Zack and Spanky.

In town visiting my elderly parents for the weekend and their unit went out Thursday. They had…read moresomebody out Friday morning to let us know the outside unit needs replacing. A sales representative, Sam, came out later that afternoon and took measurements and looked at at everything ac related and installed a temporary window unit. Came back Saturday morning with a quote for new units and explained everything in detail to my father. What should have taken 15 minutes to explain turned into 45 minute trip. Sam took the time to sit and chat with my father about fishing and being in the service. Being in hospitality for 30+ years it is nice to see being hospitable is not dead. This time spent with my father made my day and made my dad smile. Sam is top notch, professional and most importantly personable. Thank you Fosters for treating your customers like family.

We cannot recommend Ivey's in Moss Point highly enough for your AC problems. We purchased our house…read more2 years ago with the original AC systems and began having trouble just as this past summer was ending. We contacted them and Ivey's tech came out the following morning, thought he had diagnosed the problem, which was a leak in the coolant and rusted, ruptured coil. Unfortunately the initial fix did not hold and, 2 days later another one of their techs arrived. He found the problem, repaired the damage and we were not charged for either the second call or the fix (which was pricey.) Great, prompt response, they stand behind their service and treat the customer with respect and understanding. We will be calling them again whenever our heating and AC starts to act up. Their tech, Chad, did a great job and is the person to request.

As a 1st time home owner I was focused on maintaining my investment. May 2024 outside unit made a very odd sound. I called Cronier to take a look. They write me a bill that says impossible conditions found, like "Coils clogged outside unit" although no grass was cut that year and we witnessed them do nothing but walk around looking. Now the AC is not cooling. Cronier responded its out of warranty and you had poor maintenance! They Conned me out of an issue they knew they would have shortly. Do NOT trust this shady outfit.

Be careful with this business they didn't diagnose my dryer correctly. The tech told me, my wires…read morewere chewed and it was $500 to fix the wire harness. So I went to the showroom and bought a new dryer. The ladies in the showroom are very nice and knowledgeable about the products. The new dryer Got delivered and I started using it, right away. And low behold the new dryer acted the same as the old dryer. I called and I told them I wanted my old dryer back and asked to see the pictures of the wires that were supposedly chewed by some rodent and all he could provide was a picture of the lint , dust and some droppings and as you can see the housing is still in tact . I was told my old dryer was already taken to scrap. Then Mr Josh came to do a quote for a new HVAC system and found that the circuit breaker was no good. I went to speak with owner about this issue. For I never had to buy a new dryer in the first place. I wanted my service fee back and the cost of my dryer which was only 4 years old. After speaking with the owner Destin Anderson he would not budge on any compensation for this matter. Unfortunately I will have to do some legal proceedings and after I told him I was going to my lawyer and as I was walking out he said well that's going to be a $2500 retaining fee...Merry Xmas. I will never recommend them to anyone. So please be careful with this outfit.
