If you look elsewhere for reviews they seem to have good ones but I guess I had bad luck. I called…read morethem about 3pm Friday 29 Jun when my regular guy couldn't come. They told me they'd put me on a list but wouldn't come if my son was home alone but they would call and let me know. So that meant to me that there was a slight chance they might come. I took off from work and headed home to wait. I was fine when they didn't, it would have been a long shot. I called again on Monday morning at 9am because I hadn't heard. Again they told me they'd put me on a list. I eventually called someone else who fixed my unit late that afternoon. I never heard from L & S. I called them at 4pm on Monday to take my name off the list. My biggest peeve is that they never called, I would have assumed that they would have given me a heads up, maybe they can't tell me exactly when but let me know that it might be days.

Be careful with this business they didn't diagnose my dryer correctly. The tech told me, my wires…read morewere chewed and it was $500 to fix the wire harness. So I went to the showroom and bought a new dryer. The ladies in the showroom are very nice and knowledgeable about the products. The new dryer Got delivered and I started using it, right away. And low behold the new dryer acted the same as the old dryer. I called and I told them I wanted my old dryer back and asked to see the pictures of the wires that were supposedly chewed by some rodent and all he could provide was a picture of the lint , dust and some droppings and as you can see the housing is still in tact . I was told my old dryer was already taken to scrap. Then Mr Josh came to do a quote for a new HVAC system and found that the circuit breaker was no good. I went to speak with owner about this issue. For I never had to buy a new dryer in the first place. I wanted my service fee back and the cost of my dryer which was only 4 years old. After speaking with the owner Destin Anderson he would not budge on any compensation for this matter. Unfortunately I will have to do some legal proceedings and after I told him I was going to my lawyer and as I was walking out he said well that's going to be a $2500 retaining fee...Merry Xmas. I will never recommend them to anyone. So please be careful with this outfit.

Spend your money somewhere else, these people do not deserve it!! I was a customer for 8 years. We…read morefinally were able to replace 35+ year old AC this year and got Ken to install it. 9 months later I have warped floors and slime mold growing out of my floor and we discovered a wet copper line running from the outside AC, under the house and up into the attic. So I call Ken and he immediately gets defensive saying he had nothing to do with the copper line or anything under the house and told me to call a plumber. I do and the plumber says no leaks, the copper line is dripping, call your AC company. I call and leave message with his wife and never hear back from them. Sent to VM when I try again. I call another AC place to come out and he said there is a valve and a joint that was broken, if I still had a warranty to call them. I call and get Ken's wife and ask for Ken to come back and check those things and fix them. Ken then calls me and wants to know what the problem was because I got his wife all "fired up"! I asked how did I do that? And he said by telling her all these things were no good or broken. He said everything was good and nothing is wrong with the unit. Tells me to call a plumber again. I told him I did. He said as long as the house is cool the unit is fine. He was very loud, rude and very defensive. I felt attacked and bullied in this encounter. I am really beyond shocked at his behavior and their treatment of someone who was seeking help and answers to a serious problem. I didn't accuse anyone or lay blame on him. With their handling of this situation, it leads me to think that maybe he did break those valves on install and he knew it but since the unit kept going he left it that way. And he never looked or checked the old copper line that he was tying into when he installed my new unit seems negligent and unprofessional and may end up costing me a lot more money!
