A sales representative, Sam, came out later that afternoon and took measurements and looked at at everything ac related and installed a temporary window unit. Came back Saturday morning with a quote for new units and explained everything in detail to my father. What should have taken 15 minutes to explain turned into 45 minute trip. Sam took the time to sit and chat with my father about fishing and being in the service. Being in hospitality for 30+ years it is nice to see being hospitable is not dead. We contacted them and Ivey's tech came out the following morning, thought he had diagnosed the problem, which was a leak in the coolant and rusted, ruptured coil. Unfortunately the initial fix did not hold and, 2 days later another one of their techs arrived. He found the problem, repaired the damage and we were not charged for either the second call or the fix (which was pricey.) Great, prompt response, they stand behind their service and treat the customer with respect and understanding. We will be calling them again whenever our heating and AC starts to act up. Their tech, Chad, did a great job and is the person to request.

And low behold the new dryer acted the same as the old dryer. I called and I told them I wanted my old dryer back and asked to see the pictures of the wires that were supposedly chewed by some rodent and all he could provide was a picture of the lint , dust and some droppings and as you can see the housing is still in tact .
