On the hottest day of the year the Air Conditioning quit . It was coming up to a holiday weekend and I was desperate for service . I called several companies but only Josh from Fleur de Lis could come out the next day . He was knowledgeable and empathetic and delivered the bad news that my HVAC was on its last legs . He instantly checked if he could get me something suitable as I care give my elderly Mother in a wheel chair . He presented two choices .
