And that summarizes the good…read more The bad: 1) company took a 400$ deposit , for two weeks, when I followed up I just got a moving date for the part to arrive. 2 weeks is a long time to have my deposit and no satisfactory response. 2) technician took one of my remotes by mistake, company couldnt figure out whether technician had it or not, even promised me a new one. The original appeared eventually. 3) $225 for a commercial service fee, never mentioned. On the final bill, and the original discussion was 400$ for the appointment to b adjusted at final bill. Bottom line : their estimates are NOT free. The 225 took away most of the 400 deposit so whats the use? 4) the fenced is not balanced and doesn't close properly, it was mentioned that it would be fixed, NOT. Wanted 250$ for 2 manpower hours. The whole bill was $1335 with parts and labor. Cant thighten a screw as a cortesy, and totally leave the gates proper? Very disappointed, prices excessive , I dont recommend. Company has to be at the high end, there must b companies out there more reasonable.
