He recommended regularly pouring vinegar or disinfectant down the line and even installed a restriction at the washing machine to help prevent overflowing in the event the buildup happens again. I've never gotten this much troubleshooting for this job before. I'd recommend Cory any day!

Wife went to wash dishes after thinking he fixed it and boom water everywhere. Flooded my kitchen and got under my flooring. Also when he went on the roof he knocked the drain out in the laundry room and never went check it. Laundry room also flooded. Didn't stop there. My sink drain did not leak before and magically after it did. Tech tells my wife it has to be changed and he proceeded to put a stainless steel drain on my expensive gunmetal sink. My wife tells him after and they try to tell her oh well brushed nickel would have cost more. Again its gunmetal and we didn't care about the price. They sent a deceptive mitigation team and made agreements to pay through them and did not honor any of it. They didn't even refund the charge for service call. Imagine ruining someone's home and charging them. But here is the kicker, the company never even called or apologized. Not the tech, the manager, or a single person from the company. I would never recommend them to anyone. Had to call several times months later to finally get someone to speak to me and Robin was rude from the start of the conversation and said this was probably a blessing to have happened to us. Do not use them and when they do mess up your home do not allow them to send the shady RestoPros to lie to you. But hey I guess when you are a shady business you deal with other shady businesses also.

I'll confirm one of the other 1 star reviews as being 100% accurate. When I initially reached out for an estimate I never got a call back with a quote. I should have taken that as a sign and took my business elsewhere. Kevin May was hired to do a job that he clearly was by NO means qualified to do. He half did the job. So many errors so many imperfections. He tried to get away with not properly doing things then when told about them he had an extremely nasty and unprofessional attitude as though this was a service that he was doing for free. He went to lowes to supposedly purchase materials. Only to later find out that he thought that it was okay to purchase chips, and drinks at my expense. Complete and total ignorance. He left trash outside of my home boxes old cabinets ect. he did not clean up after himself neither did he haul off trash from the poor job that he completed. The job remains to have many errors that he feels like I should be okay with. I attempted to report him to the better business bureau but he's not listed. I can definitely see why. Based on the quality of work or lack thereof its clear that he is by no means licensed. I'm not sure who could have given him five stars and why because he is horrible and lacks professionalism and his work is garbage. I will never in life use him if he were the last person standing and I would never recommend him to anybody. I strongly urge you to find you a reputable company that embodies skill and professionalism. I will be taking him to court if I continue to have problems with the job that he was paid to do. He falsely offers a year warranty which he has no intentions of fulfilling. He wants money and lots of it but doesn't want to do the work of the money. Which is sad. NEVER AGAIN... I had an exterior pipe slow leak and the plumber I've used in the past couldn't get to me for a few…read moredays. So I searched for someone with availability even taking a video of the issue to assist with diagnosing what was necessary to stop it. Julius was responsive and there's a website form to request service as well. I called and after hearing the voicemail requesting you fill out the form online, I did so and he called back in minutes. He said he'd try to get out same day if he had cancellations or the next day for sure which is the reason I didn't call around to anyone else. Then, at the end of the day, he messaged to say he'd be there the following day. I acknowledged receipt and asked him to give me a call once he was in route. After the morning passed and he hadn't contacted me, I called and he made over in 30 minutes and said it'd cost about $200-300. $200 if repaired, $300 if replaced. He was able to address the issue and accepted Venmo or CashApp. All in all a good experience.
