He not only was flexible with his time, but his services. I initially only thought we needed a few things done, and he was able to help repair multiple things (toilets, faucets, washer connections, etc.). Jacob was thorough, helped us diagnosis a problem we didn't even know we had (cracked toilet), and even went pick up the new toilet at the store. He did all of the work needed quickly and effectively. His prices were fair and reasonable. He also hauled away the trash/old toilet!! I have added him as my go-to plumber and will definitely be using him if ever needed again, and spreading the word.

Tazz Hitt, the lead plumber, contacted me directly, arrived promptly, and walked me through everything he was doing. He performed a thorough inspection of the generator, gas meter, and lines, explaining the process and safety considerations along the way. Thankfully, no leak was found on my property--we believe the smell may have been coming from a neighboring line--but having that level of diligence gave me real peace of mind. I also want to highlight Tina in the office, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and clearly advocated for getting me same-day service given the situation. They got back to me immediately--literally within minutes, definitely under 30--and even followed up the next day with (multiple) phone calls since I kept missing their calls. He stayed responsive the whole time--text, Yelp, and phone--so I never had any issues with communication. Payment options were flexible too: you can pay upfront, or choose a zero-APR option if paid within 24 months. There are also lower monthly payment options, but those do come with interest. They may be expensive, but the job will be done right....at least according to the plumber I met.

They arrived to our home within 45min of us calling them, quickly assessed what the issue was and within 25min of entering our home, they were done! They were extremely kind and trustworthy as they made things happen. They explained to both my husband and myself what the issue was for our own knowledge. Josue and Da'Jour thoroughly cleaned up behind themselves, making it very easy to quickly sanitize my guest bath and welcome my guest. The price was more than fair and extremely reasonable considering this was an emergency call. On a more personal note, they were a pleasure to be around!
