From the moment he first arrived, his professionalism and expertise was evident. Cory quickly went to meticulously working-checking every possible source of the gas leak with the attention to detail of that a jeweler, rather than a tradesman. Not only did Cory identify, locate the gas leak, he also took the time to explain the situation to me in a clear and concise manner. His transparent communication and honest approach gave me peace of mind during a stressful time. I mean my house could've exploded! Additionally, he provided me with practical advice on how to prevent such issues in the future. After all that, I was pleasantly surprised by their very fair pricing for the exceptional quality of service provided. Cory and his crew really went above and beyond. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs and recommending them to all my friends and family. He turned it back on and my tenants shower began working again. So Jeff when fixing my initial issue had turned off some valve and didn't turn it back on. Jeff had wanted to cut a whole into my tenants shower knob to replace a component. For those who don't know, that would've been an extremely expensive job that still would not have fixed the issue. So Jeff himself caused the problem because he simply didn't turn back on a valve. So I got charged 175 for no work done, had to hire a plumber and pay him to turn on a valve that Jeff forgot to turn back on. Good luck getting a refund from him. 0 stars

He not only was flexible with his time, but his services. I initially only thought we needed a few things done, and he was able to help repair multiple things (toilets, faucets, washer connections, etc.). Jacob was thorough, helped us diagnosis a problem we didn't even know we had (cracked toilet), and even went pick up the new toilet at the store. He did all of the work needed quickly and effectively. His prices were fair and reasonable. He also hauled away the trash/old toilet!! I looked it up online and it suggested plugging the disposal side and using a sink plunger on the right, but no luck. I called Lance and he was able to work me in on an early Friday afternoon before the first weekend of Mardi Gras. In fact, his appointment before mine was running behind, so he called me back and was at my house within an hour of my initial call. Lance was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
