He not only was flexible with his time, but his services. I initially only thought we needed a few things done, and he was able to help repair multiple things (toilets, faucets, washer connections, etc.). Jacob was thorough, helped us diagnosis a problem we didn't even know we had (cracked toilet), and even went pick up the new toilet at the store. He did all of the work needed quickly and effectively. His prices were fair and reasonable. He also hauled away the trash/old toilet!!
